Muscle Milk Plant Based Protein Shake, Vanilla Caramel, 11.16 Fl Oz (Pack of 12)

These aren’t super filling like fairlife shakes, or some other pea protein shakes. However they are tasty with minimal grit if you shake it up. They are reasonably thin in consistency and I believe you get the quality with the quantity. I’m not sure how you like your drinks to smell, but they don’t bug me at all. Overall I give 5/5 stars and yall should sponsor me man. I can’t eat anything anymore. When I can find good protein shakes that don’t make me oopsie in the pants? Honestly, the Chocolate flavor plant protein mix is pretty decent for a plant based drink. Fairly smooth consistency and flavor that matches even Whey based drinks, back when by body could process those. The Vanilla Caramel flavor was... meh, sadly. Not horrible, but not enjoyable. Needs a flavor rework imo

Good vegan protein. But, the flavor is a bit on the bland side. However, I use it as a base for other drinks, and as a hot cocoa, or mushroom coffee creamer. Also, I add my own spices. So, it does the job and I get my daily vegan protein intake.

I am so glad that muscle milk made a plant-based version. Not a fan of the vanilla caramel but this chocolate is outrageous. My issue now is trying to find it. Amazon had it at a good price but, the price is nearly doubled and if it is available now it takes 1 to 2 months to receive it in the mail which to me is unacceptable. You need to find where it's reasonably priced and we get it in less than a month. Now the price is at $56.99 which is up from $39.99 for a 12 pack. This price is insane!!!! Still waiting for it to go down and become reasonable again 😞

chalky taste this stuff is gross and i threw up after drinking it

I used to be a frequent buyer of standard muscle milk in vanilla flavor. I liked the flavor, but hated the milky aftertaste from the whey protein. I was excited to see this pea protein option available, and despite reading other reviews about the vanilla caramel flavor leaving something to be desired, I gave it a chance anyways. Unfortunately the other reviews are correct, this tastes somehow neither like vanilla nor caramel. I tried adding cinnamon and nutmeg to make it taste similar to eggnog, but it didn't help the taste much. I added a pump of vanilla syrup and a pump of caramel syrup, and it makes it taste bearable, but now I've agreed a lot of sugar content to make it taste better. I may try the chocolate flavor when I've finished this case, but I won't be returning to the vanilla caramel muscle milk flavor.

Great taste, great price. They are shelf stable, great for being able to throw it in your gym bag.

Needed something quick to get me through my weekend security concierge desk gig. I was tired of stopping at Mickey D's on the way to work and picking up lunch on my lunchbreak. I was spending over $15 each meal and they weren't the healthiest. So I got these. Brought three of them to work with me. Drank one at the beginning of my shift at 7AM. Didn't feel the slightest bit hungry by the time 12 o'clock rolled around and drank another one. Albeit I don't do much but sit on my cheeks and do a couple of walking perimeters around the building, but I was surprised how well these worked. I didn't the third one until my shift ended at 3PM. Costs me a little over $2 for each of these. I'm happier, eating (drinking) healthier, losing a bit more weight, and my pockets are fatter. Great deal for your money!
