I got the BCAA In both flavors blueberry and Gummy bear and I will say the taste is amazing. I drank it during my workout and it was very refreshing. I just put it in a regular water and it mixed very easily with a few shakes. Definitely helps keep me hydrated during my workout and after

I love One Sol’s BCAA’s especially because it’s plant based as I enjoy consuming clean supplements/food when possible. It gives me the assurance that when I’m exercising I’m loosing fat while protecting my lean muscle.

I really like the idea of this product. It is a much higher quality replenishing drink for during/after a workout than what you find on a store shelves. This company seems committed to premium ingredients. I really like that. I was, however, disappointed with the taste. It wasn’t what I was expecting, and has a weird aftertaste. I will still use it because I feel like it hydrates well, but I do wish I could enjoy the taste more.

I have been using one sol products for awhile and can say besides the flavor being good, I use twice a day for hydration.

I really enjoyed the taste of this product. It is quite sweet tasting but does not contain sugar. It is sweetened with Sucralose, an artificial sweetener (AKA Splenda). I would have preferred another natural sweetener such as Stevia. One thing that did strike me was the lack of sodium in this product. Normally hydration supplements contain salt, an important electrolyte. I also noticed that if you were to drip any of the mixed solution, it leaves a very white powdery residue on everything.

I love the Blue Rasberry flavor. Helps me out when I am doing intense workout. Totally recommend Onesol and all of their products.

"Blue" is one of my favorite flavors after "purple," so I greatly enjoyed the flavor. I would have loved to have called it "purple drink" or "the purple stuff." It gets its sweetness from sucralose AKA Splenda. There is a 30 day supply, which isn't horrible, but I would have loved more.The BCAAs are in the preferred 2:1:1 ratio that's the gold standard. There's also 111% DV vitamin C, 4% magnesium and a paltry 1% potassium, but the last two are just gravy. It's mostly just extra protection from scurvy. They talk a lot about hydration, but I use BCAAs mainly to build muscle. We all want muscles like Ah-nuld. Word.

I was not a fan of the Gummy Bear flavored One Sol BCAA & Electrolyte Powder. I had a hard time finding the scoop, it was buried down in the powder. I originally mixed it with 12 ounces of water as instructed. The drink is very thick and sweet. I added 4 more ounces of water and the flavor was not any better. Particles of powdered ingredients remained suspended in the water, it was very interesting. I got it for hydration but it is too artificially sweetened for my liking.
