I'm so tired of getting a product with no instructions for use at all. This came with cleaning directions but no explanation of how the "35" settings are achieved. I came back here to look and there's a bare description of a few features and that's it. I guess I'll waste a lot of potatoes, carrots and onions and take a lot of notes to figure it out. It looks like a decent piece of kit, just frustrated by the lack of customer consideration. Oh, and there was no cleaning brush with it.

This mandolin works well. Although you may need to practice using the different settings, it’s a breeze to use the mandolin, once you master the settings. I use it mainly for fries; it makes quick and easy work of cutting uniform fries. The catch basin is great, but the mandolin occasionally kicks out a few pieces of food that land outside of the basin. Cleaning is quick and easy, especially with the included brush. Although it is very safe when it’s assembled, you do have to take care when you disassemble it to clean it; the blade is very sharp, like it should be.

buona, funziona bene, taglia bene e velocemente. E' un po' complicato fare i cubetti ma dopo aver visto alcuni video ci sono riuscita.

Benutze ich sehr oft. Einfach zu bedienen und zu reinigen. Ist mega praktisch. Das Schnittgut ist toll und es ist sehr robust. Würde ich wieder kaufen.
