This light works super well, does everything I could want and more. Has smooth transitions between programed light schedules instead of abrupt flashes, pre set schedules so you can adjust them into a custom one easily without having to add times in for each one manually. Pairing to the lights is super simple, password is in the manual. I can open up the light settings and adjust them without jumping through any hoops. Love the warm white diode, gives a great evening sunset vibe and gives a balanced natural look when all of the diodes are at max levels instead of the window cleaner look all blues have.I had one concern but when I I reached out to their customer service email they took care of it promptly and fully. Their customer service is actually the reason I decided to write this review. I normally don't write any reviews but I was so impressed with how they handled my concern that it felt wrong not to give them 5 stars. Can't wait to see what other stuff they come out with next.

This light is by far one of the nicest looking lights out there. Bright, good color, minimalist mounting bracket.WWC did a video 4 years ago on an 84 Watt version, long story short hey found out that it was drawing about 64 watts, which lead to some questions about ethics... you be your own judge... I don't know what the wattage is, (but would like to assume its as advertised).If you need instructions to put things together, this might not be the best option. I took one look at the instructions and threw them aside (there is a slightly better instructional video on you tube).I have them above a 5 gal nano tank (13"x10"x8"). While 1 would have been plenty, I wanted to limit the shadows and not have to run them at full power. Because of my tank dimensions I couldn't use the mounting bracket as intended and had to modify it slightly to mount on the wall and not the tank. Also had to get creative with the cross arm too.All in all, not a bad product. Here are a few suggestions for improvements.1. Provide separate mounting options (I had to drill additional holes to mount it to the wall.)2. There is no way to adjust the vertical distance. The way I mounted it I easy have the x and z axis adjustments, but limited y adjustments (though I drilled several holes to give me 3 inches of adjustments (in 1 inch distances).3. The rubber strip to hold the wires in the channel is a MFer to get to fit (maybe something to slide on rather then press in).4. Might be nice to have a light shade option.5. The app is OK, but I definitely have some questions...6. App provides 5 or 6 presets. Would be nice to see more. Trying to set up your own is a pain.7. Would be nice to have a tracker on the preview to know where in the cycle you are.8. The app did crash on me a few times.I'm sure there's more, but despite those above, I would still buy the light.

I really like the looks of the Cetus 2SP Single 68W on our 75 gallon. We have only had them a few days and there some features i really like and some not so much. First off the assembly was a little difficult but we got through it with the included instructions. The lights will attach to a Rimed tank. i just had to cut a little plastic edge. The app connected to the lights right away. I chose to pick an ocean to emulate "Hawaii". You can use the slider bars for color, intensity and times if you wish. Preview mode has no indicator bar so it hard to see what time it is displaying also there is no verification when you set your times so you just have to assume it worked. The lights are bright, the colors is nice, and i like shimmer effect on the sand. The lights do blind you if you look at the tank from up close or below which is my biggest issue with them. i wish they had some kind of cover to recess the leds. They cover our 4 foot tank well but might add a third. My par meter says i am getting 130-150 par on the top of my rocks and about 60 on the sand with them on 100% but i am going through glass and have a wave maker blowing across the top. I would recommend them because they look nice, have app control, put out nice color/par and are a good value.

This light should get noticed. I have had many lights on multiple tanks over the years and this one for its size is hans down one of the best for the price. The lighting schedule is a little unintuitive but if you spend some time with it you can figure it out. All the features that come with this light cannot be found on other lights double the price. If you’re considering a kessil branded a80 or even a AI 16, you should definitely give this one a shot. Quiet fan operation, easy setup, fits a wide variety of rimless tanks. For a no name brand they have done a very good job.

While assembling the light to the mounting track . The provided screws were weak. The screw snapped flush on top of light while mounting to the track with only a single turn. So now I’m left with a light in can now use making it worthless. Very disappointing

This is a great product. It’s really a shame that the QR code they talk about there’s only a couple and there’s no way to find other users QR codes. I’m sure other users have a lot of luck using different lighting scripts for corals as opposed to the generic ones and I would like to try out different ones. Way too complicated trying to figure out all the different light mode on my own. I was told several times that the app was supposed to be updated and I still haven’t seen an update yet.Use the QR codes that are actually advertised on this page the app crashes itself so again that doesn’t work for Apple. I would promote this on a lot of different forums But the lack of support is what holds me back. Other than that, it’s a good product and I would recommend it after they fix the app and the availability of QR codes, as well as a repository of users light profiles.

I put this on my 13.5 fluval evo. Easy to install and I had the settings adjusted for my preference within 15 minutes. I would recommend it for anyone looking for an affordable light with good performance.

Really nice looking lights, good ilumination, but they have to work on the APP. it a mess.!!
