Slice 10420 Stainless Steel Scissors, Designed by Karim Rashid (Single)

After using these for some time, I've decided to just trash them and buy some normal pair of scissors (can't go wrong with Fiskars or similar). These are horribly designed, and are actually painful to use. The gaps which are on each of the loops let a little bit of skin and meat of your fingers through, and when you close the scissors all the way the opposite side pinches you. Even if you use only two fingers in the bigger loop (so that the middle finger is not at the hole), your thumb in the smaller hole will occasionally "poke" through the hole and the bottom loop with pinch it. I've had so many painful moment with these that I couldn't take it anymore. I would rather trash an expensive pair of scissors than keep suffering like this. Whoever designed this obviously has no idea what scissors are for, how to use them, and what is ergonomics.
