This stuff is a bear to find
The only correct lube for a demolition hammer. I do not understand why it is so hard to find, nor do I know what makes it special, but it does the job.

Demo Hammer oil.
This is the real thing, not a fake product.

Expensive; do you really need it?
I used a couple of tubes of this in my electric jackhammer. Finally, I ran out and just used 10W-50 motor oil. The hammer is still working, maybe because it is consumed/leaks out fairly rapidly. It is probably worth using the "good stuff" (whatever that is) if you have a $1000 Makita hammer that doesn't leak. However, for the $200 Chinese versions, I think motor oil is an acceptable alternative (IMHO, of course-- I don't use my hammer on a daily basis so YMMV).

Jack hammer oil
Some people, I believe the oil is too thin and leaks in the jackhammer. That's incorrect. A bit expensive, but better to use what the manufacture of the jackhammer requires.

It's available and works well.
It does the job. I've not used other brands to compare with but if something works well there's no need to shop around.
