I expected much better quality and reliability

I bought the whiteboard expecting it to arrive in perfect condition., but unfortunately, it has been a complete letdown. Right out of the box, I noticed issues with its board. There was a crack on the board, so they didn’t checked before they send it or they didn’t take over it during delivery.I expected much better quality and reliability

Not easy to erase

The chalk side can’t be used because of scratches. The white board side is not easy to erase as well, it is not pleasant to use
