Excellent value, but there are shortcomings
You can't complain at the price. For what you pay, this is a really good product. If you want no frills, this is a good buy. But be aware that to reach the price point there *have* to be compromises, and there are.* FIrst and foremost, there is no image stabilisation. Not low quality useless stabilisation, there's none at all. Bear that in mind. Any kind of action footage, even underwater, makes for very jerky footage.* The lens isn't very wide. Again, bear in mind for action footage, everything comes out slightly telephoto. I found this a real handicap with underwater footage.* The preview/liveview screen on the back is impossible to see in sunlight. I used this camera while snorkelling and effectively I have to shoot blind - there is no way you can see the screen at all.* The menu system is a mess. It's unintuitive to say the least, and not helped by the overall low res of the rear display.* Battery life isn't great. All that said, this is a super-affordable camera, so on to the good stuff.* The housing is well made. Using it in the sea, I've taken it down to 3m with no issues at all. I wouldn't push it beyond it's rating, but I imagine it would handle up to double that without problems, and you could probabaly push it even further if you didn't mind risking the camera. It's a pain to open though.* The housing has a regular tripod mount port, which I find really useful. It also comes with a slew of connectors and adapters for Go-pro mounts, cycle handlebars and whatnot. Again, incredible value.* It takes decent sized micro SD cards, right up to 32gb. Not amazing in the modern scheme of things, but impressive for the unit, and more than enough for 720p recording (on a 32gb card, the battery will die before the SD card is full anyway). No problems with formatting and exporting footage to PC.* Quality is OK. I found 720p video to be fine. Underwater shots mostly came out OK quality wise (just remeber it's not very wide angle). Againf or the price I absolutely couldn't fault it. Didn't get any jittering or pixelation on underwater shots, when there was lots of motion in the footage (i.e. waving kelp fronds as far as you could see). Handled white balance in sunlit waters fine. Problably would struggle at depth, but that'd be beyond the rating of the housing so bit of a moot point. Overall footage for the price is more than agreeable, and wouldn't look out of place on a more expensive camera. If only you could see what you were shooting!

Cheap, poor quality camera
It's tiny, cheap looking and plasticky. Functinality is poor and pictures are not great quality. a bit of a waste of money to be honest. Bought as a package with the Vivitar TR420 40" Extendable Selfie Stick Monopod - with BONUS Bluetooth Remote. The camera doesn't have blue tooth, so deceitful marketing in my opinion. Certainly wouldn't recommend.
