I’m always on the lookout for good drink mixers. It makes it easier making drinks but it takes some work to find good products. I usually look for the standards like old fashioned mix. Bittermilk is one I like, and the cost/drink is about $1. If you buy the larger size of Sweet Haven mixers, the cost per drink is about $2. So, these are pricey but are they good? Different certainly. I used the Ginger Lime & Peppercorn to make a Moscow Mule using one of their recipes. You can find them at sweethaventonics.com. The recipe includes sparkling water, vodka, Ginger Lime & Peppercorn concentrate, and a lime slice garnish but does not use Ginger Beer. The ginger in the mix along with the sparkling water provides the taste you might get from Ginger Beer. Skipping the Ginger Beer made the drink cheaper to make but was very tasty. The peppercorn added a nice touch to the taste. I found this much better than my usual Moscow Mule. I haven’t tried the other 2 samples yet, but I now have high expectations. I’ll update this review after I’ve had a chance to try those. At this point my bottom line is pricey but very good. After you sample a few and decide which one(s) you like, buy the more economical larger sizes. These samples come in a nice gift box with 3 mocktail recipes on the box and would make a good gift. They also have many mocktail recipes on their website for those who prefer something non-alcoholic.

I love this tonic! They always have unique flavors and I love that they source as many of their ingredients locally. I prefer to use these for mocktails but I have also enjoyed their cocktails at their headquarters and they are always amazing!

With fun flavors the "Sweet Haven Tonics Mocktail Cocktail Mixers, Handcrafted 3-Pack Sampler, Made from Scratch, All Natural, Fresh, & Local Ingredients with Zero Preservatives, 5 Star Craft Cocktails Made Simple" has simple recipes inside the box. The set makes 6 drinks. Those three recipes have the easy instructions of shake & use 1oz (1/2 bottle) of the chosen concentrate, add 6oz of sparkling water and add a suggested garnish (lime wedge, basil leave, lemon peel etc.). They taste good as is, but I prefer them over ice. Or you could add alcoholic spirits to them. Each bottle contains two ounces of concentrate. I like the flavor of all three bottles and have trouble choosing a favorite. Probably the Pineapple Turmeric & Jalapeno since I've never had a drink with hot pepper before. While there is no nutritional panel on the bottles or box, they list the following ingredients ~ Ginger Lime & Peppercorn ~ apple cider vinegar, sugar, lime, ginger root, peppercorn, salt Lemon Basil & Lavender ~ apple cider vinegar, sugar, lemon, basil, lavender, salt Pineapple Turmeric & Jalapeno ~ apple cider vinegar, sugar, pineapple, jalapeno, turmeric, salt I appreciate their site states, "NUTRITIONAL INFO: We estimate 5 grams of sugar per half ounce serving" and since the included recipes are for 1oz there are 10g of sugar per drink. I didn't see the amount of sodium mentioned anywhere. I think this would be a great set to have on hand if you are having guests who prefer not to have alcoholic beverages. One of the bottles in my set had le aked and was very sticky. I received my set in February 2024 and the Best By date on the bottom of the box is 10/1/2025. Made in the USA ("Minnesota Made")

Not good. In each one it has a strong vinegar smell. You will not be able to return to get your money back. I have no clue what I'll do with them. I honestly don't even want to gift them.

Love the natural ingredients, however, the vinegar is overpowering.

I love these mixers! I love social gatherings but have been going away from the alcohol. Great for mocktails. It's got the perfect taste with or without the alcohol.

Love the flavor combos, each bottle has 12 servings for a total of 36 mocktails. We also use our soda stream to make the sparkling water. And it’s versatile we can make it with spirts too. Easy to use and comes in a nice box so it’s can given as a gift.

This is a very nice and gift-worthy set of three classic cocktail flavors concentrated down into three bottles of two servings each. You literally just have to pour half of a bottle into some sparkling water and add garnish, the mixing and balancing are all done for you. What stands out here is how much flavor you get with zero effort- these were really enjoyable drinks worthy of having been served at a real club. As an alcohol-free mocktail after work to relax on the porch this really hit the spot, I was thoroughly impressed. Six total drinks isn't a whole lot, if you want to share, but as a personal indulgence the box could get you through more than a few days. I really enjoyed the flavors, the Spicy Margarita was my favorite (I had to use a dried lime because of the season, but it was still fun), and the presentation of little glass bottles in a box is really lovely and would be an excellent gift choice, definitely recommended!
