Blender Good But Wrong Model Received Initially!
Wrong model sent initially but I have now received HBF02 which has 5 pieces and I love it! I haven’t used all of the attachments yet but so far so good. This replaces a Braun hand blender which had served me well but this matches with my other Smeg appliances.

This is not good for UK
Everyone knows that in England electrical appliances should be three-pronged because there are three-pronged sockets, but this two-pronged appliance arrived to me without any power strip converter and that was really disappointing.
