I have to say I’ve tried almost every preworkout there is and some I really enjoy and some just give me the jitters and anxiety. This product I ordered because the protein is prob the best protein I’ve ever used. I received it two days ago and wanted to try it twice before writing my review. The scooper is big and the consistency is chalky. I really like that consistency and only had it on one other preworkout. I did a heaping scoop 30 minutes before I trained legs. Combined w my iPod I had a tremendous amount of endurance and was so focused on training every part of my legs. Active alliance I really like this product and will order again. I let my girl have some and she loves it as well. 5 Stars.

Amazing! I love the BOOST I get without any of the jitters. 1 scoop 10 mins before my workout and I am ready to go!!! Taste is pretty punchy and consistent while being very easy to mix. The pump you get from this is awesome too!!

The powder is all clumpy and looks old. The stay fresh dehumidifier is in the container but apparently it hasn’t done a good enough job. Shame, because I’ve used this stuff before and loved. Not sure if I can use it in this condition.

I like this product, but this is the second time I have purchased it and it was all clumped up and it's hard and stuck together.

The powder was very moist, it was essentially a container of mud.

Oh my goodness this pre-workout is phenomenal!If you've taken any pre-workout in the past, you know that sometimes it takes 30 minuted or even an hour to kick in. By that time I'm well through my big lifts or cardio. So when it takes forever to kick in, I'm starting to wind down but can't because I'm too amped from the pre-workout.This one is perfect though! It's quick acting, yummy and while it's super effective, the serving/scoop size isn't giant.It's also vegan, which is a must for me.And here's something interesting... Which I haven't seen in other pre-workouts (and I've tried TONS)... They have two forms of caffeine.1) "Adrenaline Rush" which I guess explains the quick acting part2) "After Shock" which is encapsulated caffeine, elongating the effect through your workout.Very smart of you, Active Alliance!
