Great book and videos for novice exercisers. I've never done Pilates before; this is so nice to have step by step instructions and short videos too!

I am so glad that I bought this book. I looked at quite a few and I chose this one because it seemed like a great deal especially with the videos. It was definitely worth every penny.

Easy to follow and easy to incorporate into daily life!
These exercises are perfect for getting back into a workout routine. I am over 40 so I have found what used to work for me (HIIT) is not as effective, I have lost weight through changing my lifestyle and diet and this has been a great way to tone and increase flexibility.

Thorough and very easy to follow
I found the book very thorough and I like the fact it comes with videos so you can check your form.

Just what I was looking for
I’m a beginner at Wall Pilates so the step by step instructions are very helpful along with the online videos.

Easy to follow and very detailed
Payton’s workout book is extremely useful. I did not want to invest in a monthly Pilates app or in-person plans, but I wanted a thorough explanation of what wall Pilates has to offer. This book is fantastic! It has very detailed photos of each move, step-by-step instructions clearly described, and tips for doing them safely and correctly. She is responsive, quick, and kind in getting back to you with any questions you may have, and the bonus videos and materials are perfect. If you can’t afford a physical personal trainer, and you don’t want to invest in all these apps or go to a physical location daily, this is the best option I’ve found. I’m very happy I found this book. -Amberly

I'm 61 years old and this book has improved my strength and blance.
What I like best about thos book is I can do exercise if I'm at home, or on vacation. Any place that has a wall. I've noticed my balance is better and I'm losing some weight. It came with bonus video also which I downloaded to my tablet so it's easy to take with me anywhere.

Easy Beginner Exercises
I’m giving a 4 star because I like the book. I looked at one video, once, and wasn’t impressed due to lack of voice over to guide you, but fortunately the book is self explanatory and really all you need. The exercises range from simple to mediocre challenging but effective, and it’s a great addition to my normal workouts, however I couldn’t see myself doing just this routine. I prefer these routines on a light exercise day mainly for stretching and elongating muscle groups. If you are a beginner to exercising, this program could get you started in the right direction. I do enjoy being able to do these exercises at home without spending a ton of money at a Pilates gym.

For me the step by step explanations are very clear
I love the big print and the pictures nice and big. instructions step by step and how to carry out the exercises which are very important and also clear. I've tried some workouts on the internet but did not like them because of the not enought instructions and very small pictures and when you make them bigger you loose the definition of the exercise . I feel confortable whith this book i see the moves clearly without missing any steps. Looking forward to my next feel good mission to be my best. Thank you for your help Louise

Very illustrative with the videos
This book is very nice because it comes with videos illustrating the excercises. The book is in a nice big format, so it is possible to have it by you while doing the workout. The excercises are simple and effective.
