We use it at our amusement center to clean kayaks, blow up our inflatables, vac out small spaces. It’s lightweight and not bulky to carry. Comes with a charger too so you don’t need to add that cost on. Highly recommend.

Bought two when they were first offered. They came with a full charge on the batteries. When it was time to recharge, they would not charge at all. I called the customer service about the problem and was sent two new batteries. When I tried to recharge the new batteries they would not charge. I measured the output voltage of both chargers and it was fine. Im now the proud owner of two shop vacs that don't work.

I like the compactness of the vac. I use it for hard to get areas before vacuuming with the big vacuum.

Great vac for the money but no support from Shop-Vac. This item comes with a 2AH battery and there is no replacement battery available anywhere. I sent a support email to Shop-Vac and got no reply. If you buy one, it is obsolete when the battery dies. You are stuck with a battery powered tool and no battery. Sad that a company like Shop-Vac would do this to customers. Buyer be ware!!

Update: My original vacuum had battery issues. Shop-Vac support was great and worked with me to resolve the issue. First I tried a new battery - which charged once and would not charge again. Then they sent me a replacement vacuum - which, so far, has been working fine and the battery has charged several times. I like this vacuum a lot because it is portable and cordless. I wish extra batteries were available. Where can we get them? I know they exist...Original Review: I really want to like this vacuum, however the 20V battery died after a few weeks. I used the vacuum a few times and it worked great. I like the size of the vacuum and how portable it is. It is the perfect size to carry around. I do a lot of DIY projects and I want a vacuum like this. The vacuum worked fine when the battery held a charge. Now it does nothing and I haven't been able to find a new Shop-Vac battery for it.I had high hopes for this vacuum, but now the it does nothing because of the battery. If the battery worked, then I would give this vacuum a much, much higher rating.

First battery charged twice and then wouldn’t charge again, they did replace the battery and charger for me, super happy with the customer service on that, however now the new set only charged once and now won’t work. I have used these types of chargers many many times, I keep the battery and charger in the house so no elements get to them, I’ve tried different plug ins, checked the connections, every trouble shooting thing I can do. There just junk. I don’t have a place to do an extension cord so the battery one would have been perfect for me. when I did get to use the vacuum it worked really good, I was very happy.

Small and portable. Great suction and perfect for the car and small messes. It looks good and has great power.Remove your battery after each use!!! Don’t leave it plugged in and you’ll keep your battery healthy.
