ASTRIDE Ergofit ISI Certified Ergonomic Office Chair for Work | 2D Headrest, Adjustable Arms & Lumbar Support | Single Lock Mechanism DIY [Grey-White]

I have been using this ASTRIDE Ergonomic Chair for the past one year, and overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience. The chair is comfortable for long working hours, and the back support and headrest provide good support. The build quality is also impressive. Even after one year of regular use, the chair is still in good condition and feels sturdy. The adjustable armrests, height adjustment, and reclining features are very useful for maintaining a comfortable sitting position. I especially like the ergonomic design, which makes a noticeable difference during long hours of work. Overall, I would say this is a comfortable and value-for-money ergonomic chair. After using it for a full year, I can confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a good office chair for everyday use.

I purchased this chair after seeing many positive "value for money" reviews, expecting a decent first ergonomic chair backed by a proper warranty. After 9 months of use, buying this turned out to be a major mistake. Here is what you need to know before spending your money: 1. Defective Hydraulic & Misleading DIY Repairs: Shortly after the Amazon return window closed, the hydraulic mechanism failed. While customer support agreed to send a replacement part under warranty, they expect you to fix it yourself (DIY). The instructional videos make it look effortless, but the old cylinder was so jammed that I had to physically take the chair to a local welding shop to get the defective hydraulic removed. 2. Misaligned Seat & Weak Structural Base: The alignment of the chair seat is off, leaning slightly toward the front. This isn't just a minor cosmetic flaw—it puts uneven pressure on the base. Over time, because the material quality is poor, the base completely cracked and broke under the uneven load. The chair is now entirely unusable. 3. Non-Existent Customer Support & Warranty Ghosting: I have reached out to the company multiple times via email and WhatsApp regarding the broken base under warranty. No one has bothered to reply or help resolve the issue. Their claim of offering a reliable guarantee/warranty is completely misleading if they ignore customer complaints when real structural issues happen. Final Verdict: This chair is NOT value for money. Between defective parts, terrible alignment, poor structural materials, and unresponsive customer service, it has been a frustrating experience from start to finish. Message to the Brand: I am writing this public review as a last resort because my repeated emails and WhatsApp messages have been ignored. I expect your customer service team to reach out immediately to resolve this pending warranty request and replace the broken components.

Good chair in this price segment, feels sturdy, and is easy to assemble. However, for people with 5 feet 9 inch height or higher, with long legs, the under thigh support might not be adequate.

"I’ve always been hesitant about 'budget' ergonomic chairs, expecting them to be flimsy or uncomfortable after an hour. I decided to take a gamble on this one, drawn in by the striking lime green and black design (which is even more vibrant in person!), and I am absolutely shocked by the quality for what I paid. This is a five-star value. Performance & Comfort (The 'How Much?' Factor) Let’s talk value. This chair is packed with features that usually command a premium price point. Full Mesh Back and Seat: This is a game-changer. I easily spend 8+ hours at my desk. Many chairs in this price range only offer a mesh back with a foam seat, which can get hot. This full mesh design is incredibly breathable and keeps me cool all day. The tension is perfect—firm enough to support, yet with enough give to be comfortable. Adjustable Headrest: Another feature that is often missing from affordable ergonomic chairs. It’s fully adjustable and provides real neck support when I'm leaning back to relax or play games. The distinct curved design of the headrest frame looks and feels premium. True Lumbar Support: The lime green 'Y' frame isn't just for looks; it provides incredibly firm and adjustable lumbar support. You can really feel it pushing gently into your back, correcting posture without being intrusive. I used to have a backache every day; this chair has solved it. Adjustable Armrests: Standard, yet essential. They move up and down, which lets me get my desk height perfect without straining my shoulders.

I am extremely impressed with the quality, design, and overall build of this office chair. From the moment I assembled it, the chair felt sturdy, premium, and well-engineered. The grey and white finish gives it a modern and professional look that fits perfectly into my home office setup. The ergonomic design is one of its biggest strengths. The adjustable headrest, armrests, and lumbar support provide excellent comfort, even during long working hours. The mesh back offers great ventilation, keeping me comfortable throughout the day, while the seat cushioning strikes a perfect balance between softness and support. The chair’s tilt-lock mechanism and smooth height adjustment make it easy to customize for the ideal sitting position. The heavy-duty metal base adds stability and gives confidence in its long-term durability. What truly stands out is the attention to detail in both design and functionality. It not only looks stylish but also promotes proper posture and reduces fatigue during extended work sessions. Overall, this is an outstanding investment for anyone looking for a comfortable, durable, and aesthetically pleasing office chair for home or professional use. Highly recommended for professionals, remote workers, and anyone who spends long hours at a desk. Regards, Richard Gladwin ESTAKI.

This chair is preety good but the build quality itself is not good, the adjustable hand support is always unstable the adjustable headrest is a total waste can't move it anywhere if it does it don't stay on that position is always stays downwards i mean the headrest itself need a support, the recline is preety good but the height adjustable lever does not work as it does in the starting days and the most important thing it's cusion is not comfortable and and does not support shape retention and the place where I sat is now not cushioned like at first and there are kinda low there over all manageable at this price range but not comfortable enough.

This is really good chair. It's comfortable to seat for 2-3 hr. Packaging is good. No need to installation person very easy to join the chair. Within 5 mins it's ready for use. Go for it.

Honest Review After 3.5 Months – Disappointed With Quality & Warranty Support This is my honest review after using this chair for around 3.5 months. Unfortunately, I feel this chair is not worth the price considering the build quality and my experience with it. This was the first chair of this type that I purchased, so I had reasonable expectations regarding durability and quality. However, my experience has been disappointing so far. When the chair initially arrived, there was a noticeable noise coming from the hydraulic mechanism. I contacted the warranty support team, and to their credit, they responded quickly at that time and shipped the required hydraulic parts. After replacing the part, the noise issue was resolved completely. However, after only around 3.5 months of normal use, I am now facing a much more serious issue. The seat mechanism/support underneath the cushion has broken. The quality and strength of the material used in this area do not inspire confidence in the chair's long-term durability. What is even more disappointing is the after-sales support. The product comes with a 3-year warranty, but now that I actually need warranty assistance, I am not getting a proper response to my calls or messages. When the chair was initially delivered, the warranty/support team was very eager to get a review from me. But now, when there is an actual product issue within just a few months, I am struggling to get any response from them. A chair in this price range should not develop such a major structural issue after only 3.5 months of normal use. And if a company provides a 3-year warranty, the warranty support should actually be accessible when the customer needs it. Overall, I am very disappointed with the product and the current warranty support experience. I would not recommend this chair based on my experience.

Came pre-assembled but wrapped in plastic bags, so I had to take it apart and reassemble it. Who does that? It would be better to just deliver it fully disassembled. Now I’m forced to disassemble and reassemble it again, trying not to damage anything in the process. Why??? For almost 400 AED, the build quality is so poor — it even smells like cow manure. Some screws are already rusty. Seriously, can’t you at least keep the screws in an oiled package?

Good chair, comfortable only issue head rest and hand rest if only it could be more moveable it wouldve been 5stars. Great value for mkney.

The chair is good
