Rockport Men's City Smart Chelsea Boot-

I have high arches and have trouble finding comfortable shoes. These felt good immediately and after a week or so they feel excellent. They are easy to put on and remove, I hate tying laces.

The finish and color are nice, but it has a thin integrated plastic sole and heel that look certain to slip. Little if any arch support and no cushioning. The toe is unnecessarily and inconveniently long. This is not satisfactory for regular use, although for appearance only and for light use such as occasional dancing it could serve. The price is out of proportion to the shoe's usefulness.

I think this is a little too large for me (normally wear a 14) but I'm not sure that a 13 wouldn't be too small.I wish the heel was more square cut on the front but that's my only real criticism.

for a wide boot, these were much too narrow.

They get points for looking the part and being comfortable but they don't feel like quality boots. They measure well on heel height, opening circumference and shaft height but they're lacking in weight. Most Chelsea boots will weigh in at 17-19oz, or just over a pound. These boots are 14oz. They're light on your feet but they feel a little flimsy - the leather is very thin (almost plasticky) and the soles are a lightweight rubber. Slightly thicker leather would make them much better boots. If you appreciate things that just feel well-built, these might not be the best option for you.

My booths are so comfortable I believe I can wear them all day.. Fit perfect as well.

I wear them daily.Update.... After 7 years they have finally given up. Hands down one of the best pair of boots I have ever worn. It's unfortunate they have gone up in price so much, I would buy multiple pairs.

The top is so tight, my wide footed husband could not get his foot in the boot...I bought the wide size.
