Q: What type of packaging does this item ship in?

I purchased this item in 2013, as I remember it came in a long slim box.

Q: Will this also carry the smaller oxygen cylinder size b or c? if not where could i get one at?

I ordered this for my husband and he has size C tanks. It really is for size D or taller but we made a lift from styrofoam and Velcro to raise the tank up and it’s been very handy!!

Q: will this hold an M6 tank?

No, the m6 tank is only 11 inches tall. Amazon has a cart for the m6. Most people use a backpack or an over the shoulder carrier designed for the m6 cylinder. Both are available on Amazon.

Q: Will it hold small B size tank?

I don't know what the dimensions of a B size tank are , but these are the dimensions of the cart diameter of the base is 4.5" in. and distance from base to the middle support ring is 14 " inches. I think this will help you .Thanks
