Got this to replace one of their slightly cheaper ones that started making a funny noise.... and I'm sort of glad it did, this is much better. But it is heavy. Moving it on carpeted floors might be tricky for some as the wheels are very small. But if you're on hard floors it's really easy to move around.App has been updated recently too and it is so much better now. When I got the old one it took about half an hour to figure out how to connect the phone with the treadmill, now with the new app it's incredibly seamless. Really is like plug and play!I haven't really run on it yet as I use this under the desk while working, but walking is all good. Smooth, quiet, no-one can hear it running while I'm talking on teams calls.

Absolutely fantastic piece of kit. Easy to use, albeit quite heavy, fold up, and move. The only reason it's 4 stars and not 5 is that the set up instructions are a little vague - to unfold it you really need to stand on the flat side and push the other down with your foot, which initially worried me that I'd break it!Once on, calibrating and oiling the belt took <5 mins. Used it for about 20 minutes with no issue, very happy.

The item seems to be of good quality. We have to use it on a carpet so the wheels when moving it, are not that effective. It is heavy when moving it. Probably OK on a solid floor. Customer helpline was quick with an answer about the lanyard for the remote control.

The media could not be loaded.  Bought this to help me recover from a knee injury, walking outside isn’t great as the floor is uneven and I don’t live in a particularly nice place and this is convenient and can be used any time of the day or night.Doesn’t make too much noise to annoy the neighbours, is a nice size - not too big but doesn’t feel flimsy. The app isn’t as bad as people say really, it works ok and the treadmill is more high tech than I expected from the price. Is hard to assemble alone as quite heavy but I managed it. Would recommend, started at 10 minutes being the mac I could walk and now can walk for nearly 30 mins (still holding on to the handles for balance).

Best investment I've made. Easy to set up. Easy to put away. Space saving. Minimal noise. LOVE it.

Great machine. Easy to use, quite heavy but easy enough & compact to handle & store. The only problem I have is with the remote. It’s a slippery plastic so hard to hold and my partner & I continuously press fast instead of slow & vice versa. Buttons are too close together & the same slide problem when holding the remote. Other than this however I am really happy with purchase.

Yes brilliant piece of kit everything was straight forward the instructions was spot on . Delivery was fast no damage done to the product so that was a bonus. Yeah working as it should do very pleased a reasonable price if you want something thing you can store away & doesn’t take much room up this is the one for you

The media could not be loaded.  Easy to fold away and store, good for a home work out, easy to set up and activate. The bad only goes up to 7 on speed which is fine for a steady paced run but could be better. The front arm bar isn't that study and I haven't see this commented on in any reviews either here or on YouTube. One part of the arm is but the other isn't, nit matter how hard you tighten it. Overall, it's okay, I paid around £550 for it and other than the storage fact I felt is was over priced so shop around.
