Ok. I never thought this would work but I was hopeful. So we bought a gallon and sprayed our new to us couch. The next day the smell was completely gone. So I quickly ordered two more gallons to do the cushions and a second couch. The product came, to my surprise, overnight. With 3 free bars thanking me for my purchase. The chemical smell did linger and I was worried so I posted a question here and the company replied with tips. Not to worry the chemical smell is now gone along with the must. I couldn't love this product or customer service more. Thank you so much! Amazing.
