Good for price but won't stay straight
Well made for the price but the three wheels can't be held in a straight direction. So if you want to do a steady straight rolling shot the wheels revolve as you move and it starts moving in unpredictable directions. I'm going to adapt it by screwing some plates in - which won't be straight forward. I wish I had paid more for one that holds the wheels straight.Sure, the wheels lock so they don't move at all - but that sort of defeats the purpose. We used it for a professional documentary on a Canon 5D, dolly wasn't essential but would have been good, we got some usable footage but quite a few takes with it running amok.

Okay I guess.
I didn't find it very useful, certainly couldn't actually get any moving shots with it.The product is physically fine but not very useful. Not very comfortably portable due to weight and the case isn't padded. (I'm not complaining, it's in the specs, I'm just saying since I think it's worth mentioning in a review)Too small to be used with my light stands, and also would have been better if it was larger when used with my tripods, most can't open out all the way.

Good for budget bound, first time film makers
Holds a heavy pro-tripod and DSLR very comfortably, even with a 5Kg ballast bag of sand. Wheels are smooth, even over slightly uneven paved surfaces and they lock securely. Don't expect Hollywood quality pans but expect a 1000% improvement over your hand held shots.

Cheap construction, but does the job.
It's a cheap construction with a plastic feel.Pros: Big wheels, easy to fix the tripod, easy to carry around, good for the price.Cons: plastic feel overall, not too stable when moving, don't know how long it will last.If you set the tripod traps somewhere in the middle of their run somehow it absorbs the bumps of the floor when moving. So this is sort of an advantage, although an accidental one.

Incredible Value for Money
Don't be fooled by the low price of this dolly, which appears to be identical to those sold at a higher price. It is well made and works fine with most tripods that have conventional feet. You can't use tripods with "claw" feet designed to clip onto a spreader. As with all rolling spider dollies, care must be taken to pre-align your wheels before executing each move, but once this is done the dolly runs smoothly on decent surfaces, including carpets.

Three Stars
Sturdy but difficult to move in a straight line, unless you get it moving first before shooting.
