This unit is nice. Works well. WiFi /bluetooth lets me monitor while away. Quiet enough it’s not really noticed running. It’s both 120vac and 12vdc, making my only wish that it utilized a cord that plugs into both at the same time and auto switched depending on whether RV is hooked to shore power. Switching cords can be a pain, and the 12v startup current is pretty high for a second or two. I’ve seen it throw F1 faults when starting up causing 12v to dip to about 10v for a moment even on new & charged batteries. Unit does reset and retry automatically.

Let it sit to allow the refrigerant to settle, and then plugged it in. Got cold RIGHT AWAY! This morning, it was freezing on one side and cold on the other as set manually. The app instructions made no sense and the app simply does not work. It doesnt seem like it even applies to this $660 model. You need a MUCH better app!The instruction book, for instance, says to press the + and Lock button at the same time. There is NO LOCK BUTTON. There is an extensive set of overly complicated instructions to set this up via a 2.4hz wifi connection, but the controls are bluetooth. If this company doesnt want an immediate after Christmas Return, they need to point me to a MUCH better app and MUCH MORE simplified instructions.The unit gets high marks but what it takes to connect to it (I still havent had success) gets fail marks.Im giving it the lowest rating due to the above. Watch to see if I am able to get resolution and update my review.

Where it really counts, I love this freezer/fridge. It's built really solid. It's quiet, works for many days on my 400ah lithium battery bank without any power input. So, it does what I need it to and for the price maybe I shouldn't complain.... But I will...Here's my complaints, my list of cons and it's a long list.1. The temps displayed I think are more or less accurate at first. But over time the just get stuck or inaccurate and mostly just keep displaying the same temps when a thermometer in inside shows other readings.2. The button on the edge of the fridge get pressed unintentionally ALL THE TIME. Mostly one press of a button doesn't do anything, thank god, but I've had times when temp settings have been inadvertently been changed significantly. There's no lock for the controls. They REALLY should have placed the buttons recessed or not on the edge where it so inclined to get button presses by accident. I swear I hear that button press beep if I look at it too hard or just exhale too hard in it's direction!!!3. The Android app, can't say about iOS, is HORRIBLE. You need a wifi network/router to pair the app/device to the fridge?? Not many people travel or camp with a wifi network?!!!! And you need to remove and re-add, re-pair ALL the time because it loses sync and becomes useless!!! WHY does it need wifi AT ALL! It should just pair like any other Bluetooth device??!!! And not only does it need wifi, it can't just use wifi directly to the device with the app on it???!!! A 14 year old with an interest in coding could have done a better job writing an app!!! I don't know if the wifi in addition to Bluetooth requirement is due to limitations of the controller chip in the fridge, or because the person or people who wrote the app are simply beyond incompetent for the task??!! It's absolutely infuriating and this never should have gotten out of beta testing and released to the public.It's such a well built fridge/freezer, it has not failed to keep my ice frozen and my food/drink cold and LOVE not needing to deal with the ice soup of a traditional cooler!!! But the controls, temp readouts and the especially the app is a damn TRAVESTY that makes what could be an absolutely outstanding product and real disappointment. I intended to give a 4 star review because it does what it needs to well, but after writing this review and thinking of all the time I've wasted, all the infuriating stress with the control panel, temp display and THAT INFURIATING APP, I have to give it only 3 stars. If they can maybe give it a firmware update (don't know it's that's even possible) and write a completely new app that doesn't require a wifi network/router, or at least can directly connect with phones over wifi, or ideally only need Bluetooth and actually works and stays in sync with the fridge?! Maybe add a button lock feature to the fridge's controller?? I would definitely revise this review and give 5 stars!!!

GET THIS COOLER.I am 101% satisfied with this cooler.Perfectly priced. Fits great in my camper.Easy to use directions on the cooler. My only issue is with the app. It will not let me add this cooler while using the app for the Bodega cooler I keep in my semi. But I still give this product a 5 star rating for sure.

Turns on, but does not refrigerate. Just a cool looking storage box. I guesss if I add ice it will just be an extremely heavy cooler. Would have better spent money buying a yeti cooler for this cost.
