Works well and looks OK
My wife loves her coffee and likes it strong, if we go out she is happy to order a four shot cappuccino and has been known to have two. So this machine had a lot to live up too, it replaces a machine that we have had for about 18 months which worked well but ended up leaking from a part of it I could not fix. It is a good size, looks OK and seems like good value for the money. Once you have used it a couple of times you get the feel of it and it is easy to use. My wife enjoys her coffee again and says it tastes great, but she is very fussy about which coffee she buys to use in it,If my wife likes it I am happy she likes good coffee and has now got used to this machine so 5 stars. . . . . .

Brilliant
This coffee machine is brilliant, gives you a great espresso shot double or single. Keeps your cup warm which I love. You have to froth your milk which takes practice but once you have it right makes a great cuppa coffee. Very happy with my purchase.

So far so Good!!! Espresso crema🧡
The media could not be loaded. In the beginning It’s hard to find out if how to start the machine or should I leave for few minutes to warm out the machine, but when I found out how it works then it’s totally works so well, I love the taste of espresso, the delivery man told me when he handed it to me that it’s a good coffee machine cause he has one too, it’s just a day old so hoping that it will last longer..I’m happy of the outcome at the moment😊👌💯

Does the job well
Does the job well, once you get the hang of it, and the milk frother works really well.

Basic, But Brilliant!
Russell Hobbs is a brand name I trust, and like always, I'm very pleased with the quality of this machine! The espresso machine is sleek, compact and feels very well-built.As the machine is built out of stainless steel, it feels very robust and should be resistant to any tarnish, and it should keep its stylish shiny finish. The portafilter also feel very well-made, and with proper maintenance and cleaning, I can definitely see this machine lasting for many years to come.In the world of espresso machines, this one is fairly basic. It doesn't have a built-in grinder, so you'll need to use espresso pods or ground coffee (either pre ground or some that you've ground yourself). But, the inbuilt steam wand gives the machine a professional feel, and is the perfect tool for creating coffee-shop style cappuccino, latte, mocha and other coffee favourites. One feature I really like about this espresso machine is the cup warmer inbuilt to the top of the machine. It's such a simple feature, but it really does make the drinking experience feel that little bit more premium. The interface for the machine is easy to use, but finding the right pressure for the coffee was a bit of trial and error.I found the instructions to be a little confusing on a first read through, but after reading through them a couple of times (and looking up some bits online), I did understand them, and I was confident in setting up and using the machine. This is the first espresso machine I've ever owned, so I would say it is good for beginners. At £199, it's definitely not a cheap piece of kit, but the price is well justified by the quality of the machine. It's also certainly not a necessary machine - but it is very convenient for a coffee lover.Overall, I'm very happy with this espresso machine, so I'd highly recommend it!

Fiddly set-up but very good results eventually
This Russell Hobbs Espresso Machine required rather more setting up than I anticipated and I have to say that the instruction manual wasn't as clear as I would have expected. Thankfully I found a YouTube video tutorial that helped a lot.Just made a couple of espresso macchiatos, which turned out extremely well. The milk frother did an excellent job too. This is definitely a step up in complexity compared with something like a Nespresso coffee pod device but, once you've got past that slightly steep learning curve, it undeniably provides delicious results, which are sure to please the true coffee aficionado!
