GREAT TO ADD TO RICE PUDDINGS
I don't buy lemons and the contents of these sachets come in useful when trying to copy the low-sugar rice pudding recipe that my now deceased wife used to make. I no longer need to buy any lemons that I wouldn't use just to scrape a bit of skin zest off them.
