I wanted a power bank with high capacity, fast charging, and built-in cables so I wouldn’t always have to carry extra cords. My tip: when you first get it, fully charge the bank, test it with your main device, and always keep it in a protective pouch to avoid scratches.

Its bulkier then others, and weighs just about as much my as the phone in my hand. However, it can charge my phone battery fully up to 3 times maybe leaving half a charge after that! Took it on a trip to Mexico, my phone being pretty outdated (iphone xs) needs a battery charge half way through my day- i only carried this battery and its wall plug, saved me from carrying all extra cords. i also used it to charge my sons ipad and another mini outdated iphone i give him to play with. This charger kept all my devices charged when needed in a pinch. I would leave it to charge over night and i’d also plug in my phone to fully charge with it! Its pink and very cute! Love that it has the % of how much battery it has left. CONS other then blukiness and heaviness ( i was still able to fit inside small carry purse just fine) It does get hot sometimes, and i really wish it would stick to the back of my phone somehow

This was one of my best purchases yet. It takes time to charge, but the portable battery last a very long time. I was able to charge my cell twice before it was time to charge again. I love it!

We use them quite often at home and they came in extremely handy during a hospital stay. Helped keep everyone occupied with their electronics while at the hospital. Great battery life and durable being thrown into suitcases. Had the right charger types and were able to charge numerous items with one charge.

I went with this product for the price of it. I bought 2 of these in 2 different colors. The price was better than the other options I had to choose between. I got these for an off brand heated vest for me and the hubs. The vest might be drawing to much power for what I am asking from the charger. Depending on how long I have the power on depends on how long the charge last, but If I went with a bigger power it might have been a different outcome. Overall The price was right for this product. I love the bright pink color. It is a sleek product design. It has the 2 charging cords for android and iphone cables connected to the portable charger. Which is a nice feature.

I bought this charger a couple of months ago and it has exceeded my expectations. Charging is super fast, even with my phone which is usually slow to charge with other chargers. The cable is sturdy and good quality, it hasn't frayed or bent like others I've had. Also, the adapter doesn't get too hot which gives me confidence in its safety. Definitely an excellent buy for the price. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a reliable charger.

I purchased this a few days ago, and when I received it, the battery was at 60% charge. After fully charging it, I found that the battery seemed to drain faster than expected, so I decided to run an experiment. The one I bought is a pink 20,000mAh power bank, and my phone’s battery capacity is 4,000mAh. Initial phone battery level: 15% / Power bank charge: 83% Battery level after charging: 60% / Power bank charge: 56% (see screenshots) In other words, charging 45% used up 27% of the power bank, meaning this power bank can’t even fully charge my phone twice. This raises doubts whether this is actually a 20,000mAh battery or if it's closer to a 10,000mAh battery. I would recommend thinking twice before purchasing this product!!!!!! P.S. Power banks usually operate at 3.85V, but when charging a phone battery, the voltage needs to be 5V, so you can't compare mAh directly 1:1. At approximately 77% efficiency (3.85V/5V), even considering this, the power bank should be able to charge a phone 3-4 times. A power bank that can't even fully charge a phone twice is unacceptable.

I like that the cords came built in and that it’s not thick or bulk. Mostly I like that I was able to charge my iPhone three full times from dead before having to charge it again. I like that it tells you what percentage of power remains. My only dislike is that it’s heavy and I was carrying it in my pocket so perhaps in a purse it would be less noticeable. Also the pink is pretty.
