Despite the fact that "some assembly required" was a bit of an understatement (nothing was assembled at all), the ease in assembly, along with all tools provided, the perfect alignment of all holes, and the solid feel once it was finished made it a nonissue. The bucket does not have holes in the bottom, which works wonderfully for ice and champagne. But we drilled them into ours because we are using it as a tiki torch container holder for mosquito repellent. We encircled the container in agates, and the flicker of the flame bounces off the colors. It is VERY romantic. HOWEVER...please note this is not intended for everyone. If you are blessed with an ample bottom, the arms do not allow for expansion.

This is a very nice looking and sturdy set. It took me about 45 minutes to completely assemble, but was not very complicated. They supplied more than enough hardware to assemble. I added cushions to each seat, and this makes it very comfortable. Seems like it will last for a long time.

Pros: Very cute, functional, and quite sturdy bistro set!Cons: Not easy to assemble though, especially for the table. Had difficult time leveling the middle part that would ensure the levelness of the whole table. The seats are relatively easy to assemble than the table.Advice : might need more caps for the protruded bolts. Quite many bolts are exposed and since it is a bistro set meant to be used outdoor, any contact with water (or humidity) can lead to rusting...

This is the perfect little bistro set for us. It's more comfortable than I expected and we love the bucket holder in the center. It's nice that you have the option of not using that too. I'm so happy I purchased this - it came quickly too! I'd buy it again. It wasn't hard to put together but I did read a lot of the reviews and took my time assembling it.

I am 76 years old and I helped my 7 year old grandson assemble the set. (I held the pieces - he read the directions and did the assembly.) Granted he is exceptional and I wouldn’t trust his strength for final tightening, but he was able to follow the directions and properly assemble the kit. We did have to remove 4 short studs installed where there should have been long studs. When he finished he said it was easier than LEGO. Granted, he had just completed a 450 piece LEGO airplane without help. Bottom line, follow directions and set goes together easily. Not high quality, but befits the price. Overall, I am happy with the set. It fits its purpose perfectly - extra seating on our deck.

The product itself looks great but the assembly was very awkward and two mounts hadn’t been drilled for the bolts. I got in contact with the manufacturer but red tape bogged it down. In the end I used a tap to create my own threads for the bolts, size 8mm-1.25. to finish assembly. If you’re a handy type person it’s not a big deal but when you buy a product and expect it to be finished it’s annoying. Will not buy from this maker again.

Looks great really good quality. Easy to assemble. Don't know how or why some people couldn't figure out how to assemble the arms. These aren't full sized chairs, so if you are a plus size person these aren't for you. My father who weighs 195 lbs at 5'10'' can sit in them but these may be too narrow for some one with a larger frame.
