I barely have had or used for about a year and already leaks even though I have used those fish to help prevent leakage. I would not buy this or one like it from this company.

The media could not be loaded. This is great for the winter. I have it in my bedroom so that I can turn it on when I sleep. It has a timer feature, which I appreciate, so I can hit the timer and then go to bed knowing it will shut off eventually. It has an auto sensing technology that lets it run until it hits a certain level of humidity in the room which is nice because once it hits that number, it will stop. It has a remote you can use too which is nice. Overall it feels like a pretty decent humidifier with a large water tank!

I got this for the 5 L tank in hopes that it would last all day. It does. (The humidifier it is replacing claimed a 40-hour work time, but didn't last half that long on the lowest setting.) I like the look of this humidifier, with its large clear tank. However, the brightness of the display would irritate me if I had intended to use this in my bedroom. Fortunately, it is for my plants, and my African violets are loving it; they need enough humidity to flower, and since adding this humidifier to their setup I’ve got tons of new blooms!

This brand Ruikang humidifier powerDoes not work properly. It works for 30minutes then stop completely.Try to turn it on after waited 30mins won’t work.Manufacture has no phone number only email. I try to email them in Japan it return email address unknown. I was hospitalized so I miss my dead line to return product. Do not buy this product

I bought this Ruikang power humidifier to replace the one I currently have in my bedroom. It still works but the tank needs to be removed, carried to the kitchen sink, filled, then carried back to the bedroom where it leaves a trail of water spots on the way.The Ruikang humidifier tank can be refilled by just removing the top cover and adding more water. No need to remove the tank. This is so much easier for me to do. I really like this feature. This feature, however, is the only thing I really like about it.This humidifier is more hi tech than my current old ones and that is the problem for me.There are no knobs, buttons, protrusions or recesses on the base. Everything is touch controlled or controlled with the small enclosed unlighted remote. This is very difficult with my arthritic fingers.I was able to raise the humidity levels from 40-95 with the remote. However, the remote doesn’t light up and would be impossible to use in the dark. No instructions were enclosed. There is a black two inch square on the left front of the humidifier with a bright, annoying white light displaying humidity levels. This switches from one to three horizontal lines indicating the mist level. I couldn’t find a way to get rid of these readings without turning the humidifier off. There is no way to change settings in the dark. I would need to put the bedroom light on. The sleep button turns everything off immediately. I have yet to figure out how to use the timer without shutting everything down.Also, the mist level is difficult to control for the same reasons above. There is no adjustable spout for the mist direction. It just rises from the narrow slot in the front center of the humidifier. The only way to change the mist direction is to reposition the whole humidifier. This is not always possible when it’s placed on an end table with other items. That especially I dislike.I currently have my old humidifier on one side of my bed with this Ruikang humidifier on the other side just to compare them. The high mist setting on the Ruikang rises about four inches from the top, arches out about fourteen inches before falling. This is much lower and narrower than expected. In my opinion, this humidifier would be more effective if placed on a higher surface, rather than a low end table.I love the top fill feature of the Ruikang humidifier but find the other features too difficult for me to use. For that reason, I would not recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. The heat makes my apartment so dry so I ordered this humidifier for my bedroom. It’s very easy to assemble (be sure to carry it from the bottom only as the parts can separate easily). It has customizable mist and schedule settings and comes with a remote. Within a few hours of turning this humidifier on, my skin could feel the difference in the air. It holds enough water for about a 12 hour mist cycle, depending on the intensity of the mist. It is a fantastic quality for the price.

At first it worked well.But, I sad it only lasted 3 months.The device is making an ugly noise.

Unit did not work apon arrival!! You'll be taking a chance with this one... Still have yet to receive a refund from the seller who agreed to refund the money.
