Q: Can you use this with a sliding camper window?

Thank you for your inquiry. The minimum width for this kit is 33" but it is possible to cut the kit down to a smaller size if needed to accommodate a smaller window.

Q: How long is the window vent kit? We have windows that slide horizontally, so the vent would need to be mounted vertically.

The slider is 50 inch long. This a/c blows cold air fine so far to a 12x15 with high ceiling room. In fact I have to put on a blanket. Nothing spill/leak/condense. I would rate it at 4 star now.

Q: What kind of plugin doe sit have 3 prong (grounded), or 2 prong (ungrounded)?

3 prong. It also had test and reset button on the cord that goes intothe wall.

Q: My casement window is 32" tall. Would anyone have any idea how I would install the window vent vertically?

Unfortunately the window kit is only compatible with sliding windows. You would need to rig something yourself to use this machine with a casement window for example have plexiglass cut to the size of your window when it is open and have a hole cut for the hose to attach to.
