Warning of a danger
I bought this mattress 1 year ago and although it was right to sleep on I found that I couldn't sit on the edge to dress or undress without slipping off.I thought nothing of this and bought a stool for this purpose.But now that I have fallen from bed twice because of lying too near the edge I would not recommend it to any one.The edge seems to collapse very easily under any weight.I ended up in hospital with one of my ears badly cut when I hit a bedside cabinet.

Beware that the medium firmness mattress is actually very firm - good quality though.
We had looked at and tried many beds in recent weeks in the run up to purchasing this on-line and in all cases we had found that a medium firmness was right for us. We ordered this expecting a medium firmness mattress and were very disappointed to find it was very firm. Very disappointing for us we tried to use a mattress topper to soften the effect, but after a couple of nights of very little sleep I have just requested to return it. Such a shame as the quality of the mattress is great and the delivery was fast and on time. If you like a firm mattress then I would recommend this for anyone, but sadly not for us.

Bit hard
I bought this year ago. This is advertised as medium but I found it more like a hard mattress. However I bought a topper and this solved the problem. The mattress is now very comfortable and I get a good nights sleep.

I bought this mattress after read positive review. First two months I feel good with this mattress but from 3rd months I feel back pain again. Feel that I am sleeping on the floor. Not recommended at all.

Avoid this mattress......maybe I was wrong in assuming that the higher the spring count the better the support the mattress should give. This mattress definitely doesn't support the back any better than my old mattress which had less that half the number of springs. I lot of money for a poor mattress!!!
