Fitomo Hip Support for Women, Sacroiliac Support Belt with Back Support

Having tried a couple of these before, this is by far the best. It's easy to put on and has one little advantage when wondering which way round you put it on, it has a little red arrow saying 'up' - genius! Once that's settled, it's easy. If you've measured yourselves before purchase, it shouldn't move either up or down. If you're as slim as a rake, then you're lucky, if not, well there will always be a bit of a bulge, but nothing noticeable under your clothes. It does help with the pain, without doubt, but nothing is going to take it away for completely. It's worth the money and good quality.

I Stumbled across this brlt by accident. Suffering with SI joint pain. Bulging disc & Coccydynia!! I had been using an ordinary belt which was too rigid & hurt my stomach . I thought this belt sounded perfect for me.....and it was ! It is actually worn on the hip area which is far more comfortable. Once you have fastened velcro you pull the two elasticated bands or tension strips into your back & secure at the front. It feels amazingly supportive & comfortable. It does not slip or move. It is flexible so it doesn't make bending or movement difficult. The mesh fabric keeps you cool...no sweaty back! You do need to make sure you order the correct size...check the size guide Would definately reccommend...it has made a tremendous difference to me. Well worth the money..great quality x

I purchased this as I found my hips and legs ached after walking for a length of time. I now wear it when I know I have some long walks planned; when I am visiting places on holiday, walking the dog, etc. It gives me added support and really helps. It doesn’t show under baggy clothes and I can even wear it to my gym. It fits well around the hips and is quite comfortable to wear.

After 6 weeks of using this SI belt, my hip, lower‑back, and nerve pain have improved massively. I even wore it on a long‑haul flight sitting that long usually hurts, but the belt made it so much more manageable. It’s supportive, comfortable, and genuinely works. I highly recommend it.

I found this not as supportive as I hoped. I’ve pulled it as tight as it can stretch and it’s no where as tight as what I need. I’m now looking for something else so totally wasted my money. Update…. I worked out how to adjust it and now it’s great! lol

I find this ok when wearing it, it helps, by not feeling the pain for a couple of hours. But I only gave 3 stars due to when I took it off it made the pain worse compared to before wearing it. It may work better for some and others it may not. Sorry

Brought for my Mum who is suffering from spinal stenosis. Painful standing or sitting so was looking for something that sat lower and supported her lower back. She feels it helps her to sit and stand more upright, giving her security. Hard to say if it offers pain relief as her pain is constant, but it is helping her. Slim fit so it can be worn under clothes without detection. Easy to put on, and pull tightly. Strong velcro. Definitely recommend that you measure and add a few more cms. My Mum measured 36, but medium was too small and we ended up buying the large, which gives a nice amount of wrap. Her only criticism is that she would have liked the band to be a little wider. Measurements described are true to size.

Helped greatly with settling down a flair up of pain from the sacroiliac joints. It is very important to know the correct placement for using this type of support belt, and how long to have it on for.

Me ayuda bastante bien me detiene la parte baja de mi espalda por lesión en la columna me lo pongo abajo de la ropa y no se nota que lo traigo puesto

Stütz und nimmt Schmerzen. Man sollte ihn aber nicht dauerhaft tragen. Ich trage ihn bei Hausarbeit und Gartenarbeiten. Beim Radfahren rutscht er etwas und muss immer wieder zurecht gerutscht werden. Allem in allem guter Helfer
