CYTT Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus（Full screen phone） Tempered Glass Screen Protector（2pack） + Transparent TPU Case+Lanyard for Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus-White

Tempered glass cover most of the screen with the exception of the edges. But it seems to have some tackiness on the edges that can attract lint dust and result in color distortion especially when you have the white face on the REDMI PLUS. Biggest issue is the small tiny dots on the screen that can be visibly seen on different angles and lighting. Not sure if that is for touch point sensors but I have never seen that on other smartphone tempered glass. I've seen them on large glass TV display. It can get really annoying when the backdrop is all white since it is more noticeable.The TPU case fits right but the audio jack cut out too much and exceeds to the back of the case. That was probably the only imperfection on the TPU case. I've kept in the sun and now waiting for it to eventually turn yellow. The corners have thicker protection and the whole TPU is thicker than the Clear TPU case the REDMI 5 PLus comes with. Trying to figure of a use for the lanyard.

The fitment is fine, but the screen protector makes a noticeable "rainbow effect" called the Newton's Rings in the center of the screen (see picture). I study Physics, and it is because of the thin-film interference. My iphone's screen protector didn't have it because they make it into right thickness to avoid this effect.
