I'm happy with it
Great quality. Might be better than the original one that came with the hardhat. I think I over paid for it. It was over 40 bucks, couldn't find it anywhere else though.

hardhat suspension
This is a good suspension system...I like the ratchet tightening, the sweat band is like a terry material & cleans easy. This one came with the chin strap to keep your hat on but I've never used one so can't comment on comfort or ease of use. Thank you for speedy shipping :)

the rear head adjust bracket.post pics plz
can anyone post a picture of the item how it looks on the back for the head?im looking for an adjustable back brace for rear of head that turns up or down depending how your head is..i know all hats can be tighten or loosen but im also looking for another adjuster for head cuz mine hits on one side and really irritates n givea headaches after hour or so of use.

does what it's supposed to do. But dont like the material on the front for the forehead. I get DIRTY FAST and is not easy to clean.

Perfect fit!!
This was exactly the item I was looking for to go in my XLR8 "flames" hard hat. It was easy to search and find on Amazon. It was so reasonably priced I may order another one to have as backup.

Works well. Twist the knob to adjust and poped right in the hard hat. Does what it says it does. Oh the cloth in the front makes it more comfortable that the one that came with my hard hat.

This replacement is better than original equipment
I bought this as a replacement suspension and was pleased that it had the rachet for correct sizing. I really appreciated the padded headband which will serve well as a sweatband.
