Works well, easy setup and controls. I use this outdoors and have had no problems. Battery life is good. I would recommend this Lazer to all.

Unit worked good for about a month l. After that it wouldn't shut off or turned on randomly. Contacted vevor support they claimed it was from miss use. They didn't have me send the unit in even with it well under their "warranty period ". Their stuff doesn't have a warranty as far as im concerned and I won't be purchasing any more of there garbage.

The functions offered by this model allow for a decent variety of different uses. The receiver can be a little touchy with response to achieving the zero set point. The receiver bracket doesn’t open big enough for the width of a standard level.

As a basic use laser transit, this meets the needs. Has all the goodies, but some aspects are slightly less expensive, but all the basic functions are here. Sturdily built, decent design, worth the price of you don't need one that handles everyday use. The biggest con is disassemblely required to change out rechargable batteries. But seems to be fully functional at a fraction of the price, recommended. UPDATE: 6 months in, laser paid for itself on the first job, everything still functions perfectly, biggest con is the case it comes in, looks like a piece of luggage...🙄 Highly recommended, even for the twice the price !! .

Never order refurbished. I could only get to return the item it didnt work and that's not typical of vevor products. I've yet to be refunded and I will still need to order another once I've been refunded. Very disappointed
