EMAX HAWK 5-5 inch FPV Racing Drone - BNF (Frsky XM+)

Very nice BNF , is was very easy to set up. I’m taking it for it’s first flight today. The frame is rock solid and the wireless magnum stack makes for a very neat build. And it’s super light.My only cons would be that my dipole antenna was so lose I barley moved it and it came off. Which I was planning on using the provided pagoda antenna any so that’s not a big deal. But neither antennas snap on really firmly so I added liquid electrical tape and then a dab of hot glue. Now it’s very secure.I also wish it had a sturdy secure place to mount the pagoda antenna. I used the zip tie thru the holes on the back of the top plate but it was still not very secure. So put a couple dabs of hot glue to hold in place better. Other than that I love everything about this drone.And I really like how they placed the rx antennas around the side of the frame. There is no way you will ever get one cut up in the props that way.I’ve did one test hover and at about 25% throttle it lifted up and hovered in place perfectly with out moveing a centimeter in any direction.I can’t wait to fly it today. 👍🏻Well done Emax!

Absolutely love this machine. Finally got a GoPro Session 5 and 3D mount for this, but have been enjoying this since I got it. 2 crashes so far, user error.... little to no damage, not even prop bent or broken. Great reviews, and it was sold out of a lot of the normal drone outlets at the time I bought mine so I didn't mind paying a little more to get it right away. Have a Babyhawk R and a few Tiny Whoops in addition to every toy drone you can think of and this is extremely well built. Comes with whip antenna stock, and LHCP Pagodas with minimal installation. Only downside in mind was that they didn't flash the XM receiver for RSSI prior to installation, so if you want RSSI on OSD you'll have to do a little work. F4 FC and Beta Flight tuned very well... I only set switches and I was airborne. Make sure to use the zip ties for receiver antenna stabilization, and keep that angle low till you get the hang of it as it's super fast!!! As advertised and more....love it.

This is probably one of the best flying bnf quads for sale at this time. It has a decent tune out of the box. It feels like it's on rails, very locked in, it's also really fast for a bfn, on you tube I've seen it clocked at 105mph. If your a beginner I suggest the Tinyhawk, then either move to the babyhawk, or straight to this one, just beware, this thing is a rocket, and can be very dangerous to anyone, but especially beginners.

I like this kwad so much I bought two of them. This model is locked in and comes with a perfect tune. It would be a challenge to build a quad like this for less than the cost of this one.

I'm not happy with the customer service. I'm talking to them on social media and they aren't solving my problem with either the motor or ESC. I needed to buy an extra motor and yet my drone doesn't work

This drone far exceeds my current ability to fly. Super fast, excellent build quality... may need a bit of adjustment in betaflight, but comes amazingly well put together in all aspects right out of the box! Highly recommend!

This was my first 5" quad, and first quad bigger than even a tiny whoop. It is absolutely amazing for the money!
