Don't bother purchasing, airlines don't allow it.

I plan on taking a 5-6 hour flight in the upcoming month with my two year old toddler and really wanted to make sure her trip is comfortable. Truth be told, I have been holding her for the last 3 trips, but she's so fidgety and big now that it has become uncomfortable for the both of us. The travel bed has 4 ports to pump the air and after hand pumping for what seemed like forever, I realized that I needed to fully plug in the cap before pulling out the secondary tab in order to pump in the air. The foam around the pipe will lock in the air and make the job much more efficient. I anticipate that it should take me 5-10 minutes to pump this while waiting for a flight to take off. For deflating, I just need to unplug the cap and carefully squeeze out the air. I decided to attach the belt on the loops for now to save me a step. The bed comes with a repair kit and travel bag so it doesn't take up that much space. I will update once I attempt to use this on my next flight and fingers crossed for more comfortable flights in the future.**UPDATE** Note that this can be a little awkward to pump up while seated on a flight, because the product was large. I also need to admit that hand pumping this got a tad tiring and tedious. However, I needed my toddler to take her nap, so I kept going. I was grateful that this had different parts, so you can choose which parts to use since not all seats are created equal. I decided to pump only one of the pillow cushions for my daughter's back support, but not the one below, since there was limited space in our economy seat of the Boeing 737. The lounge part stretched all the way to the back of her passenger in front, and my toddler being on the long side, ended sleeping without the pillow cushion and needed to bend her legs to the side to nap comfortably. Overall, I am so grateful to have brought this on the plane with me, since our trip wouldn't have been as comfortable without it. A worthy purchase for coast to coast naps and overnights.

This inflatable seat bed works well, but I must say that it is rather difficult to inflate while on the plane. We were asked to wait until we were in the air to use the bed, so it made inflating it much more difficult. I wish there was an easier feature, where the Bed would self inflate somehow. We will still get a lot of use out of it, though!
