Very happy with this, use them for new figure skating boots. Helps to prevent the pain from the top of the boot.

Very sticky
These pads are very sticky. They come coated in a powder so they are easy to apply for the first couple of uses, then the powder rubs off and they stick to each other. Getting them over the ankle is a practice in patience as they keep sticking to themselves and making bumps. We use them under figure skates so they need to be smooth, otherwise they will cause discomfort.Otherwise, they are helpful in reducing rubbing and they haven’t stretched out of shape yet. We’ve used them a dozen times.
