Ok, so as avid Lego collectors, buying "off brand" sets is a bit frowned upon. Having said that, this looked like such a lovely build which would go well with the official bonsai Tree we already have.As you'll see from the photos it looks stunning, providing you don't look at the back, as its clearly not meant to be viewed from that angle.The build itself was fairly typical for off brand lego sets, bricks are a bit touch to fit together, some looser than others, and generally feels a bit less stable especially with the larger base plates. However, once build, it feels a lot more sturdy, there's also some lovely design choices with the roof slates which I love. The figures are a bit rubbish, but the stickers, design and layout, and the sweet little chairs are all wonderful. If they did more scale sets like this I'd buy in a heartbeat.Only word of warning though, my 11 year old build his home alone house with not too much trouble over a week, he couldn't finish this set him self as he couldn't push all the pieces together without breaking the whole thing apart. So for younger builders, I'd say more help is needed.Pleased with my purchase.
