A Professional-Grade Replacement! Excellent for Daily Measurements and Demanding Jobs.
This was a purchase/order for my brother, who works with a lot of measurements and urgently needed a quality tape measure. He gives it 5 stars and is delighted! For him, it has been an excellent investment and a great replacement for a previous, lower-quality tape he bought at a local store. My brother is using it for daily work that requires constant measuring (it's an essential tool for his job), and it has helped him immensely. What he highlights most is the mechanism and reliability: The tape remains very firm when extended, which is crucial for taking long measurements without it bending. Furthermore, the functionality is very smooth: it's easy to pull out and retract quickly without getting stuck, speeding up his work. The locking mechanism works perfectly and holds the measurement steady. He has a feeling he will be using it very frequently and that it will last him much longer than the previous one. If you work with measurements constantly and need a reliable tool that can withstand daily use, this Komelon tape measure is highly recommended.

compact printer for studio drafts
I bought this Brother for my home studio because I need quick color references and occasional paperwork without tying up my desk with a larger machine. Last week, I printed a palette sheet before a client call. The colors were clear enough to check spacing and general balance on paper. Wireless printing saves me from shifting my laptop around, and the front display makes basic choices straightforward. I also like feeding a heavier sheet through the manual slot when I want to test stock. It does take a little patience between jobs, and the display feels cramped when I navigate settings. For everyday drafts, it fits the way I work.

Good heft an engineer's scale
Didn't know what to expect from this (Korean ?) tool, but it seems solid and smooth with a good locking mechanism. Really like having both the standard imperial scale (feet and inches and 1/16" and 3/8" and so on) and the engineer's scale which measures feet and tenths of a foot (for example, 7.35 feet) which is so much easier to use than the imperial scale when you need to do a some arithmetic. Try adding 4-3/8", 9-7/16", and 6-3/4". How easy is that compared to adding .36 feet, .79 feet, and .58 feet? Or better yet, trying dividing a 25'-7" porch railing into seven equal segments using the imperial scale. Go ahead. And now divide it using the engineer scale. That's 25.8' divided by 7 = 3.68 feet per section. Easy peasy. The imperial scale with an inch divided into 1/16" divisions is finer than the engineer scale with each 1/10 of a foot divided into 10 divisions, but if you want a finer measurement, you can simply measure go to the middle of a tenth of a tenth.

Bright tape, a bit bulky
I got this high visibility Komelon tape as a gift idea for my son, who helps me with little repair jobs around the house. The bright blade is easy for my older eyes to read, which I appreciate 👀. The case feels a bit bulky in my hand though, and heavier than I expected. Still, it works well for measuring shelves and picture frames together.

Good tape measure
Looks good and great for job site measurements. Only concern is that tape material seems very thin and not rigid enough. Time will tell if holds up to use

I use this bright tape in the house and garage
I grabbed this for small projects around the house so I’m not stealing my tape from the toolbox every time. The bright markings are easy to read when I’m crouched on the floor trying to measure for a new TV stand or checking the kids’ desk height. I like that I get both inch and engineer scale on one tape. I snap it out, get what I need, and move on. The chrome case feels tough but still fits in a junk drawer. Yesterday my son asked how long the couch was for a school project and we had it measured in about ten seconds. Glad I bought this instead of another cheap tape.

Good Tape Measure, Great Price
I needed a tape with 10's and inches on it and this delivered, smooth, and realistically it feels fine. The chromed plastic feel is not the best for longevity i'd imagine but overall it works well, especially for $21. The chromed plastic does not feel like a really cheap tape measure though so build quality is a pass.

It works!
A great long lasting tape in engineer scale! Well, it has inches as well, but I don’t utilize that side. Retracts well. It locks. It is accurate to the hundredth Yay!

Niche product but essential for my work
If you work in the drilling industry you'll know it's one of the last bastions of the Imperial measurement system..... And you'll know that everything is measured in decimal feet! Weird eh! Now measuring in feet and inches and fractions of inches isn't hard. Nor is converting those measurements to decimal difficult. It does however add time and another opportunity for error into the mix. This removes that risk and speeds up the process. Decent quality, decent price. Good buy.
