Cordoba C4 CE
Even though it was a used instrument it appears to be in mint condition. These slimmer necks are phenomenal to play. My guitar instructor was acquainted with world class guitarist Sharon Isbin, and he taught me many things about guitars. But that was 39 years ago. But this Cordoba instrument took me by total surprise. It has great tone and volume coming from a beautiful African mahogany top.The open pore finish is really attractive too! I found the radiused fretboard to be a real god-send. Barre chords are so much easier to play. Overall the guitar is the best guitar I’ve ever played in that class of instrument. I look forward to playing each and everyday. Price tag was $197.00. So it was an excellent deal from the Amazon warehouse. I would recommend this guitar to everyone looking for an exceptional mid priced guitar.!

A gorgeous guitar!
I bought my first acoustic guitar when I was 15 years old. Since then, I have had several guitars but never had a guitar that replaced my love for my first guitar. However, after 28 years, a guitar has stolen my heart, and it is the Córdoba C4-CE. This is a gorgeous guitar with a body that emits beautiful and sweet melodies. I love the 50mm neck! I've finally gotten a guitar that has stolen my heart again—a beautiful musical jewel from Córdoba, the C4-CE, and for a price that is worth every penny!

Great Fingerpicking Folk Nylon String Guitar
Cool looking lightweight (-4 lb) solid mahogany top 50mm nut width, cutaway and good, simple and discrete Fishman electronics. Not so much a classical guitar as a mellow fingerpickin’ blues and folk machine. Beautiful maple binding on body and neck is classy. 50mm just right as is 12th fret neck body join. 60 years of pickin with that many hi class guitars and this C4CE is perfect for my style. Bought warehouse return, required DIY humidification, set up and tweaking. Switched out tuners with nice Golden Gate Daddario soundhole tuner and added Tenor string ties. New strings always help. A great rig at low$. Satin finish is very old school Americana cool. Yamaha just bought out Cordoba and I doubt they’ll keep this model in lineup. I’m super happy. Cheap enough not to worry about and with a sweet sound and wider fingerboard space to keep the folk and blues rollin’.

Good Mahogany guitar
I was not planning on purchasing this C4-CE, but was browsing cut-aways and the price caught my attention. I have a Yamaha CG-201S spruce top and a 50 year old cedar topped Harmony #6277, but never considered a mahogany topped classical guitar. The sound hole is only 4.25"; a half inch smaller that my other classicals. The sound projected, while not as powerful as my other guitars, is bright and midrange. For the price paid - this is an good guitar. Not perfect, however very playable as is. Needs a little tweaking in the setup to better fit my preferences, but that is expected with any new instrument.A little dressing of the frets, adjusting the action, and replacing the strings to my preferred make/model will result in a keeper.
