Lacks flavour and shakes are too thick :(
This stuff was horrible! Firstly the taste was hardly noticeable, but secondly it made my shake (I only had one before sending it back) was SUPER THICK! I buy isolate specifically to avoid the thickness of standard whey, so I'm not sure why this isolate was like this. Sent it back and ordered Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey instead.....which is amazing!

great taste
this taste good...low in lactose mixes v.well. I have spoon of gold blend add a scoop of whey and off to work every morning and two scoops after every train, gained 1 kg in 2 weeks. best whey I have had in over 10 years

Excellent protein powder
Having tried another couple of powders before, and struggling to get them down without being blended into a smoothie, my trainer recommended I try the Reflex micro whey banana powder. I'm really impressed with it. The taste wasn't to my liking to start with but I quickly got used to it and like it now. The consistency is excellent. Easy to mix, easy to drink. I'll try another flavour next but will definitely stick with this powder. Low card, low fat and high protein - perfect!
