I can tell when I miss a few days.

This is a 500mg per capsule Bromelain, so roughly 50 days worth if you need 1000mg. I tend to take more after an upset stomach from digestive issues so it is nice to have a smaller dose as needed. I am not sure where exactly this is made, it seems like it is imported for a Portland based company. A little clearer label would help... who 3rd party tested it, and where exactly is it sourced from/packaged? The actual product seems even less clear than the amazon listing.

The ingredients and supplemental facts are pretty good. The size of the capsules are small and they are easy to swallow. I've been taking these for the last 2 weeks and have not experienced any issues whatsoever.
