Son loved it
These were very good quality and a nice build for my 13 yr old. Not as good as Lego directions and as all off brands do, sometimes it take a little extra strength to snap some together but would but this brand again.

MEGA does Godzilla!
This is a very good building block version of Godzilla. The version portrayed is from the evolved Godzilla from Godzilla x Kong movie This is not a Lego set but a Mega building block set by Mattel. This was my first Mega set and I was very impressed with it's quality and the sturdiness. I am a Lego collector, but I will certainly buy more Mega sets. The set is easy to build and I think it works well for Children of 13 plus years. It might work for younger children as well. If you like both Godzilla and Building sets this is a good bet. The price makes this a bargain

More challenging than Legos
This is a fun set but more challenging than legos in part to the lack of detail in the instructions. The build is sturdy and allows for a more durable toy after.Nice touch with the little city to destroy and the projectile from his mouth.Cool set- worth the time and money. Not ideal for little kids to do by themselves.

About 7 (with Lego being 10).
With Lego being 10, on a scale of 1 to 10, this Mega Godzilla is about 7.The packaging of brick pieces is about 10, just like Lego's packaging, maybe even slightly better. All bricks/parts are nicely separated and organized into 10+ packs. And the packs are properly numbered according to the order of assembly in the instruction booklet. The instruction booklet is about 7 because I've noticed 2 to 3 small errors. Also, the pictorial illustration of which bricks to use are not as "clear cut". With respect to the Lego's pictorial illustraiton, I had to pay more attention and double checked more frequently to ensure that I selected the right brick to use.The quality (i.e., fit & finish) of the brick pieces is about 5...no more than 6 for sure. I noticed the inconsistent "tightness" across bricks during the build. My key complaint is that some pieces are way too "tight" and made it difficult to assemble them together. After it's fully assembled, one of the legs is too weak/loose because the socket joint is not tight enough. It's like a Godzilla with a bad hip joint. The saving grace is that I could use the tail as an extra support to keep it standing up.Now, the aesthetics... I don't like those pink spikes. I would have preferred just having the same dark grey color spikes. Also, I feel the head of the Godzilla is too small. It almost looks like it's the head/beak of an eagle on a Godzilla body. The Godzilla head should be at least another 50% to 100% bigger.Overall, it's still a good value set because it's about 60% of the cost of Lego.
