BlackfriarBKFMB500 Matt Black Paint, 500 ml

I got this to give an old MDF desk a lease of life,I choose this based on a recommendation, I used this to pain a large desk to help give it a new lease of life, this was perfect for the job. I used a primer first to help with covering the desk, using a roller this went on really well covering the surface really well, i fact a petter than i expected. I gave it two coats that not because it really needed it but as it was a my desk I wanted to ensure if I did scratch it a little I would not see the grey primer underneath.Over all really happy covers well I only need the one tin for my project and the end results are amazing, i did the project about 3 months ago now and there has been no chipping or marks issue with the finished project happy to recommend

Paint is perfect, after reading reviews was unsure what the end product would be it is sticky and thick to apply but the end product is brilliant I'm painting speakers and this dark matte black effect is spot-on it gives it a solid look

Finally got round to using this product on internal Tudor beams. The finish has a slight shine and brushes require white spirit for cleaning. If you want a true black matt paint, suggest Coo-Var (available through Amazon) which is water-based, so brushes easily cleaned, and produces a completely flat, non-reflective finish which I would only second to International Matt Black (unfortunately no longer available).

Like tar! Didn't work for my project as I used it for wood.
