Great product
First time I tried it was in 16oz of water, and it was way too sweet tasting. But the next day I put it in 30oz and it was perfect!

Weirdest Taste
I wanted to love this as a cheaper alternative to LMNT but the taste of the strawberry lemonade is so strange. I can't make it through more than a few sips. Not too salty. Honestly could handle more salt but there's another taste and very strong smell to this.

Strawberry Lemonade Is A No Go
The powdery strawberry lemonade taste is pretty difficult for me to stomach. I want an alternative to LMNT because of the cost, but my first go with this brand has been a bad one. Maybe other flavors are better. UPDATE: Their customer service is great. I had the opportunity to try some samples, and there are a few I like, especially the Red, White and Bam. I think it will be a good substitute to more expensive options of other brands.

Tasty, good electrolyte ratio, good for mild/moderate POTS
I always enjoy testing new electrolytes bc they're so easy to just add them to your water in the morning for the day and also bc as I have POTS, it is very helpful for me to have these on hand. I thought the strawberry lemonade was tasty with a good amount of salt and a good ratio of electrolytes (not too much potassium like fad electrolyte brands). There is artificial sugar in it, so beware if you don't like that. I don't care that much. It wasn't an exact strawberry lemonade, but who honestly expects that without making it homemade yourself? My only issue was that some tubes were slightly clumped like moisture got in them, like they weren't perfectly sealed. I dropped a star for that quality issue. Overall, good product, but not the best I've tried.

Bought for POTS, love it!
Tastes great—admittedly salty, the name is no misnomer, but I love it. My cardiologist prescribed me to start upping my salt intake to about 1-2g per day, and suggested I start with electrolyte packs in my water before moving on to other options. I found these because they have such a high sodium content—and so far I really enjoy. The flavour helps me to drink more water each day because it tastes good enough it tastes like a fun drink. Only tried one strawberry lemonade so far, but I am curious to try more.

was hoping so much better 😔
came here as a result of LMNT being too salty and expensive. well, maybe i now know why it’s more expensive. this endless summer (which sounds like such a beautiful thing) was not what i was expecting at all. the flavor is borderline undrinkable. and it doesn’t have enough of a salt taste to it. so from one extreme to another. i also feel like the packaging and the product itself is inferior to LMNT as well. kind of cheapish packaging and the contents tent to get stuck and clumped in its individual packaging. so, i am not disappointed that i gave it a try, but i am very disappointed with this Saltt experience that i’ve had. tried it multiple times and i think it’s getting worse each time 🫣. as i mentioned, the LMNT was too salty for me (i would just end up using 2 16.9 water bottles and putting half of the packet in each bottle; which actually wound up being a good thing because it promoted drinking more water) but the taste (watermelon) was overall light years better than this. as far as the effects of Saltt go, i feel like it’s also inferior in that department as well 😔 i hate to crap on a product like this, but i wanted to provide a review for those who came from LMNT looking for an alternative product to try to save some $. unfortunately, it seems like LMNT is well worth the extra cash 😩

Awesome hydration! Yum
I really like the ingredients & it tastes good. Like with any electrolytes it’s so much better using cold water but I’m really stroked I found this brand & the flavor! I get frequent headaches & while I haven’t been using it long I do feel like it helps

eeeYUCK!
tastes nasty and bitter. i'm okay with electrolytes tasting salty but these were just bitter and gross. not even as an aftertaste with an initial sweet flavor just straight tasted like pith from an orange or something. I was getting leg cramps from dehydration when I first tried these and they were so bad I chose the cramps over finishing the drink. also one of the packets I opened was like wet ?? it was all clumped together and wouldn't hardly come out of the packet and then wouldn't dissolve. it just floated around in clumps no matter how much I shook it. I didn't drink that one, just opened a new one and in the second packet the powder appeared and dissolved normally but tasted disgusting.

Needed and alternative to LMNT as the prices are outrageous. Although I do find this product on the pricey side, it’s still a bit cheaper. Took one star away because I find these have a bit of an aftertaste to them.
