Q: I have an older eljer toilet that is 14-1/2" wide at the widest point. will this fit my toilet? says it's 14-5/8" w. can u confirm?

Well, it is a bit hard to measure because it is not flat...but I would judge the widest point to be 14-3/8". I guess the widest part of the seat might not align with the widest part of your toilet, but my guess is that it would work just fine! Good luck. (you can always return it if it doesn't work.) As a side note, the screws that came with the new seat did not fit my toilet, so I used the screws from the old seat. SO, don't throw the old ones out until you judge that you don't need them!)

Q: Will this fit on the mirabelle mirga241wh toilet?

It looks to me like this seat will be almost two inches too long for your toilet as the toilet's specs on Mirabelle's web site say it is 16 9/6" from the bolt holes to the front edge of the toilet, and the 241 seat is about 18 1/4" from the bolt centers to the front edge of the seat. What you need is a seat that is something like 16 1/2" from the bolts to the front edge. Anything close will work. 2" different would not be close enough for me.

Q: Does this fit amerian standard retrospect toilet? (tank lid sits a bit forward.)

There are several different sizes for the "Restrospect" line. You need to measure the distance from the toilet's lid bolt hole center, to the front edge of the toilet. If it is something like 18 1/4" the seat should fit.
