Nice and fancy
Works great and a nice little package. The casing and handle have a nice feel to them, and the bristle interior feels fancy and holds the needles firmly in place while it's stored. Sure, you could use a chopstick or toothpick instead to smooth out your grind, but this is better. It's cheap enough that I definitely recommend.

Great Tool!
I just found out about these WDT tools recently, even though I've been making my own home cappuccinos on a Rancilio Silvia for 19 years. It's a great little tool, and I believe I can taste a difference in using it. After reading up on them, how they work and general info about them, I decided I wanted one with very fine .35 pins, and a good quality metal with a stand-up case rather that one of the larger stands that holds the device in a suspended position. This one is a heavy, solid metal and the pins are very fine. You can insert 10 pins or fewer if you wish, but I put in all 10 and it works well that way. In addition, included is a little tube that holds 10 extra pins to use as replacement pins when/if needed. The pins are so very fine they could obviously break easily, yet if you are careful I doubt they will break. But it's nice to have replacements. This holder has a brush of some sort tucked into the bottom, and when you put the top part back into the holder after use the brushes clean off any coffee that may be clinging to the pins. After using the device the first time, I noticed that almost no coffee was clinging to the pins anyway so the brush won't have a lot of work to do. The brush itself can also be removed if you want to clean it at some point or shake off any coffee grounds that have collected on the bristles. I like the black color, and it's a small and sleek device that doesn't take much room to store. I think it's a worthwhile purchase if you are a serious espresso maker, and this device is clearly of very high quality. Recommended!

Has upped our coffee game :)
EDIT: Well, 2 months later, this is still performing okay, however some of the needles have gotten slightly bent, causing it to seem loose and wobbly as they rotate within their opening. . Not a great aspect of this design. If you loosen the head straighten any bent needles, it does help a little bit. So far so good. It’s made a little difference in our coffee. We buy espresso beans and so we really pay attention to the way the espresso acts from cup to cup. We notice that after using this tool our coffee is a little sweeter, probably because the way the grounds are so evenly distributed and the little channels that the wires create. Easy to use, store, and keep clean. And it’s cute on the counter!

Impressed
I rarely give 5 star reviews. This product deserves it. A lot of thought has gone into the design. First, the material of it is quite good, metal. It has a contoured and knurled top for ease of use and good grip without being "grippy". The recepticle has little brushes inside which I think is unique to this product. Will those brushes created a problem in the future? I don't know. But there must be a way to clean out the coffee dust at some point. An air blower? Until now I had been using a home-made WDT with acupuncuture needles drilled into a cork. When I used the Nessus WTD I could immediately feel a difference as I stirred the grounds. While I have only made two double-shots so far, there was noticeably less channeling that I had before (I use a bottomless portafilter exclusively). Actually I had no channeling, but initially two streams that mergedi into one in about 3 seconds, so pretty good compared to what I had before. Nothing much more to say except the price was quite good compared to other WDT's. Even though I haven't used this product more than a few times, I can, at least at first blush, recommend it.

Good starter WDT
I very much think this is a good starter distribution tool! The needles are a bit flimsy so sometimes when you are distributing the coffee grounds, it tends to flick the coffee grounds around out of my Porter filters. That’s the only reason I deducted one star, but other than that I enjoy the fact that it has that sponge on the inside, so it cleans off the tool after each use, which is a nice feature. It’s pretty lightweight and good in size and easy to use. For the price and starting off my espresso at home journey I think this is good to start with. The photo I posted is of the inner bristles pushed up so you see what’s on the inside and what is actually cleaning off the tool every time you insert it back into the case and this is after I’ve used it for over a month ☺️

Thoroughly impressed
Thoroughly impressed with this thing. Easy, clean, inexpensive, simple. What I’m NOT impressed with is the documentation… i’ve been using this for months and constantly wondering “how do I clean this little area inside that is absorbing all of the residual grounds when I stow the tool back into its holder?“ well, today I accidentally knocked the thing over and I saw a little circle on the base… I thought it was a magnet, so I tried fixing it two different surfaces, wondering why a magnet would help this thing at all… Then, I pushed on the magnet, and it moved! Turns out, you can push that center cleaning brush all the way out so that you can clean the bristles on the end! Again: very impressed with the ingenuity, just sad that I didn’t know this before, and I had to discover it by happenstance!

Works great
As an experienced espresso enthusiast with a large lever machine and quality equipment, I needed a new WDT tool and tried this. Works great and I don’t need anything more. Love the holder that cleans the needles. Easy to use.

Appeared to be used.
Received my package. Appeared to potentially be a return or just damaged. Product was smudged. Came with a micro USB charging cable when the device uses a type c cable. Product worked just had to clean it well due to it appearing like it had been in other hands prior ?

Buena opción a precio razonable
Difícil escoger entre la diversidad de opciones para esta herramienta. Me decidí por esta y resultó de muy buena calidad a un precio razonable. La brocha integrada es súper práctica.
