Not easy to use

Review update: "It was a misunderstanding"April 11, 2018, I received a customer service call, I must admit, I changed the opion on my previous review. Eddy from the technical service and I talked approx. 53 minutes about the product, the functions, the benefit and the advantages of the prodcuto. He answered all my questions, he assisted me in a very professional manner in all aspects, I must say, He continued to work on my case even after his schedule was over. I was assisted to schedule an appointment with the sales department. Today, April 12, I received the call that I asked Eddy from the sales department, Carolina, Excellent bilingual professional, expert and dedicated to offer solutions to the client, she offered me the best solution and the best way to achieve without affecting my pocket.We had other assistance systems from other companies, I had never had a customer service and technical support to give me what I need.Thanks to the TimeDox team, 100% recommended product and quality service.

The product came with a generic set up manual, but it's not clear an exactly how you make everything work. There are 8 menu buttons on the clock screen that I tried getting a user manual for to no avail. The CS rep kept telling me they have a manual and always led me back to the one it came with. I made it work and figured it out, but it took a while.Recently I tried to edit the clock in hours for a specific day an employee worked. The web site kept giving me an error so I started an on-line chat. I was told I had to pay $199 for support and they wouldn't help me. I said, I'm calling to see if your web site is having issues, not because I need support, but the rep siad I'd have to pay the fee to get an answer. I repeated the question and received the same results.I would not recommend this product and will be lookinf for other alternatives. Total waste of money.

Not having monthly fees really drew us towards this time clock since other time clocks ended up costing more in the long-run. My company had been using an old-fashioned punch-card system before, so this felt like a nice upgrade from that. Thankfully we started expanding and needed a device that would keep up with our growth. Our employees are on different shifts, daytime and night, so it became a hassle keeping up with everyone’s hours and PTO. We’ve been using this for about a month now and it has helped us out a lot. Definitely great for tracking all of our new employees. Hopefully we keep needing to add more and more to the system!

I rarely leave bad reviews but this equipment is not worth your money! Poor quality

So far so good. It was easy to install and register everyone at my work into the system. I personally like the fingerprint recognition feature… it feels high-tech and it clocks us in fast. for us it was important to be efficient and aesthetically right. Overall, our office is happy with it.

We bought this unit for our grocery store. Nice product and price. We did some shopping around for a while and decided on this, because we were looking for a biometric system and this was a great price for the system. The clock was easy to install and the interface was intuitive. Extensive reports. We are satisfied.

Product is alright. It definitely could be better with the software integration. Calculating the hours is still a little painful for me.
