Korean Chilli paste used for making saucesThis is one recipe I use adjust the amounts to your own taste 4 Tablespoons go chu jang (kochujang) chilli pepper paste2 Tablespoons toasted sesame oil2 Teaspoons rice vinegar1 Teaspoon soy sauce ( I sometimes add a little maggi seasoning as well)2 Teaspoons of fresh garlic, minced1-2 Tablespoons brown sugar ( adjust to taste )1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (optional)whisk it all together in a bowl until well mixed if it appears too thick it can be thinned down with a little cold water

This is a great spicy paste and can be used in many dishes.The 'downside'is unfortunately, a short sell by date! I wish sellers would take note of this as there will be some wasted product because of this. Other than that,good value for money.

I bought this for both my sons and they have finished theirs already, I am half way through, its amazing in oriental dishes, even chilis..thank you

Bought to jazz up food for a resident of the care home where I am a chef. Didn't disappoint and the gentleman was delighted with the quality and flavour. My only criticism would be that usage instructions are not included...but, with minimal research of other customers comments I found what I needed. Would buy again.

The only negative I can give is that it's so good it doesn't last long enough, I wish that it was availible in one gallon size!
