i cant feel that this thing feeds me during the night ....tasty is great by the way

took this on a long thru hike and it was the only thing that got me through. Didn't take it one night and the next day I really felt it - some might think that's psychosomatic, but doen a few tests with hard day walks and weights sessions and this stuff definitely aids muscle recovery. Worth the cash.

Who knows whether this will turn me into Dorian Yates by using it every night. What I do know is that of all the protein powders I've ever used, this has the worst taste - well, to be more accurate it has no taste. At all. The texture turns into a mass of bubbles as well. Not convinced.Oh, and when will these companies feed back to the pouch manufacturers that these pouches are useless and do not reseal at all! Sure, easy to use a peg but they, and us, are paying for these amazing 'super seal freshness seals' that just don't ever re-real.Will spend a bit more next time.

Love this Whey.It mixes well and tastes fine. I have it in porridge in the morning and then sometimes in the evening.Helps keep me full and satiated and hitting my protein targets. Good macro's on this tooCan be really good value but the price fluctuates a lot.

Was hoping to make a chocolate mousse by using 90g w 350ml milk. Unfortunately taste is nothing special and texture is really grainy. Ah well, just 28 servings to go...

The flavour is good, but the texture is terrible, somehow slimy and dusty at the same time.I do understand that casein has an odd texture in general, but My Protein Total or their night recovery blend are much more palatable than this is.Think I'll have to mix it with whey to get it used up.

Tastes great. I tend to mix my proteins shakes with milk as it mixes better. My only slight gripe it the self sealing press lock isn't great and it's also a bit tricky getting a scoop of powder out without making a mess. Other than that, great product.
