This compression tester set is excellent for the price. Comes with a wide range of adapters, which made it easy to test both car and van engines without buying extras. Most compression gauges have the Shrader valve located in the gauge itself. This causes an extremely inaccurate reading on small engines. This gauge correctly has the valves located in each of the adapter allowing you to accurately test small engines. ie scooters, lawn mowers, motorcycles, 4 wheelers and go-karts in addition to automotive engines. Plus the kit comes with spare valves.
