Works extremely well, only thing is it is very delicately manufactured. One drop or displacement, and you will have to buy the thing again. Unless they sell spare tops etc.

Really good wee gadget cooks eggs well takes a bit of practice with the timing to get them right loud alarm when eggs ready I like the keep warm button really useful happy with purchase

I've searched for years for an egg boiler that doesn't get burnt at the bottom when it's done cooking. This one is no better than the others. I'm going back to saucepan and boiling water.

Love this did hard boiled egg and they were fine haven’t done runny ones yet but I’m sure they will be ok.cleaning easy and good value

I know cooking / boiling eggs isn't a huge chore but this machine takes the faff out of making breakfast in the morning. 15 minutes to cook 7 eggs (hard boiled) brilliant! Chuffed with the purchase. Be warned the steam from the machine gets very hot when in use, keep it out of reach of little ones when using it. I have used this Duronic 7 egg boiler EB27 twice now, on two consecutive days to make 4 x hard boiled eggs each day. On day one I put my water in, pierced the eggs and then placed them thin-side down into the boiler as instructed. I then went away to my laptop and watched a video with my headphones on. I come back to the eggs 10 minutes later and they are still cooking. I decide to switch the boiler off now and worry perhaps I missed the beeping of the boiler telling me my eggs were cooked as I was wearing headphones. So Day 2 comes along, it's lunchtime and this time I decide to do an experiment. I am again going to cook 4 eggs but this time I will stagger them a little to see how long the machine cooks before it switches itself off and/or beeps. What I found is that the machine beeps after 15 minutes, but doesn't ever seem to shut itself off. Unlike many things that turn off when they beep (microwave, air fryer, etc.) this does not seem to have an automatic shut-off. Also is it just me or does 15 minutes seem like a long time before it beeps? This egg boiler will do what it says on the tin and will boil you your eggs. It is easy to clean and simple enough to use as it has one switch for "on" but I am giving it a 4* review because it would benefit from having settings (i.e setting 1 for soft boiled, setting 2 for medium, 3 for hard boiled) and an automatic switch-off timer so they never just go on cooking forever. Furthermore the beep when it does sound after 15 minutes is shrill and sounds like a fire alarm! I'm unfortunately not joking about that! LAstly the cover sits on the boiler loosely and doesn't screw, clip or click into place. I think there are flaws with the product but a 3* review would be a little harsh as it does work and will boil your eggs for you. I reckon this is about fair...

Bin positiv überrascht von dem Eierkocher , ich hatte schon mal ein teures Produkt gekauft , das hat nicht so gut funktioniert.

Très pratique, mais les propositions du doseur sont fausses, moi pour avoir des œufs mollets (mes préférés) je mets le minimum d'eau, faire des essais pour trouver votre goût, mais à part cela c'est génial, attention à la vapeur , c'est chaud 😪
