I carry 5 pen tips with my insulin in this case. It doesn't seem to need a cold pack and I think it would be hard to close if it had one. It's easy to open and close. Slim - like a small glasses case. The pen tips fit solidly into the cutouts. If someone had bad arthritis, it might be hard to take them out, but leveraging up the small end seems to pop them up enough to pull them out easily. Lightweight and well made for the price. I was surprised! I would buy this again if I need another one. It's slightly padded inside to protect the contents. Overall, for short distances, it works really well. If traveling longer, might need a small cold strip, but I haven't had any problem with temperature as it's a solid closure.

The case is the perfect size to fit in my purse. I can carry my insulin pen and needles all in one place and don’t have to worry about digging through the bottom of my purse to find what I need. The case is durable and I feel like my pens are well protected.

Broke apart the first time. But I maneuvered it back together. So far, no permanent breaks. Works well holding my Lantus injection setup. Holds 5 needles and the pen with cap on. It can also hold the alcohol pads, if you fold them. I got that from watching one of those video reviews.

Really like the insert that holds the pen and needles, very good quality. The body itself is fairly thin plastic and doubt it would stand up to even minimal abuse or hauling around in a bag. For me it's fine, it's just kept on a countertop for my slow absorption insulin. Price is OK but it could be made better.

I have found this case very useful as it carries the pen and the needles for everyday use. It doesn’t have a cooling pack but that was not one of my requirements

This is perfect for your tips and your insulin pen. It is small enough to fit in your pocket or to put in your bag. It is very compact and is also discrete. I would suggest this to anyone that needs insulin on the go!!!

This case is almost indestructible.. I have dropped it so many times but it just snaps back together. Love it.

Good find but I would have preferred to be a big bigger just to put some Alcohol Pre Pads inside. I can’t fit more than three. I can’t close properly. The rest is good. Fits 5 nidles and the Pen.
